AVZ Minerals Limited filed its Annual on Feb 05, 2025 for the period ending Jun 30, 2024.

In this report its auditor, Hall Chadwick, gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.

Gee a lot of AVZ SH investments have been spent...imo
Can AVZ keep this spending, and loaning up is my personal concerns as a AVZ SH ...IMO

AVZ’s board ordered DLA Piper’s review on June 2 after being alarmed by Mr Ferguson’s authorisation of the “base” $US1 million cash payment and proposal to offer an additional $US5 million in cash and shares as a “success” fee to Mr Mihigo if he helped AVZ successfully obtain a mining licence.


By June 22, DLA Piper advised AVZ’s board to reject the plan to offer an additional $US5 million to Mr Mihigo, with a conclusion Mr Mihigo was acceptable as a consultant after ordering a specialist risk assessment. DLA Piper also recommended the $US1 million cash payment to Mr Mihigo is properly documented.

YES AGREE AVZ didn't need to waste another 4 to 5 mill...imo
AVZ SH must be paying big LAWYERS FEE...IMO..!

Yes the speculation on BILLIONS and BILLIONS pay up figure was just of the TARGETfor the AVZ PROJECT..IMO..!...
What could be a concern a VALUATION has been put forward NOW...imo..!
What is the SOUTH END REALLY WORTH...IMO...
What someone is willing to PAY I GUESS...imo...!..
