FatCunts dropped their court case a while ago, but probably some crossing the t's and dotting the i's with regards to officially tying off loose ends from AVZ. I reckon it's getting really close to a final resolution. 3 years of reading this forum, and prior to that hotcrapper to keep informed on the any news or tid bits of info. Muc appreciated by all who done the great work here. Even to those who called me a troll or worse Shane.
Let's hope it's a decent deal and we can all go and get shitfaced in our own ways, before looking for the next stock play.

The following statement from the 30-Jul announcement will certainly make the Kobold / AVZ negotiations interesting.
1. Presumably AVZ will ensure that CATH is not left out of the equation?
2. If Kobold buys out AVZ, will CATH get the off-takes?
3. Hard to imagine how it will play out with Kobold being from USA and CATH from China.

So they've got their greedy hands on 75-85 million shares at bargain basement prices.
It's no wonder they're saying they now support the current board. Depending on what "fair value" ends up being they're going to walk away with tens of millions to potentially hundreds of millions of dollars.
