GUYS, Does anyone know where the US can get some battery materials from? Around 0.001% now realise they need them.

Granted the time to stock up was a month ago, still we could be on a bit of bull run with China bringing down production and US waking up to the AI race being based not only on microprocessors but power output.

When I said probably only be another week, this was incorrect because the independent valuation panel is scehdeuled to start on 31-Jul, and is expected to deliver a report by mid-August. Hence, I should have said another 3 weeks rather than only another one week. Noting that the 3 weeks is dependent on the independent valuation panel starting on time, and the panel taking only 2 weeks to arrive at an agreed conclusion.
Jongo. Where did this "...independent Valuation panel" come
from please? Is it credible?

Forget it Jongo. Just saw it came from your AI post.
Total fantasy.

Jongo is an example of the dystopian future where we are all controlled and ruled by the machine, the all knowing AI

A humorously iconic end to all this would be AVZ being paid out to go away, distributing everything to SH and winding up before paying any international taxes. Sorry, you want taxes paid? Unfortunately, we no longer have any funds, have to go to someone else with your hands out 🤷‍♂️
(Yes, I'm aware it doesn't work like that 😂)

Emerged
I just registered on this forum, but have been watching for years.
First purchased AVZ after the first drill hole triggered so much attention, and went through the Klaus/Airguide-Langford hangover buying on the way up.

I posted a Youtube video of a presentation by Kobold Metals Kurt House.
I thought Kobold had removed it from their website but it was in the News section.

The Critical Materials Challenge: Using Machine Learning to Find Lithium, Nickel, Cobalt, and Copper

The interesting part of what Kobold do is, that they can <also> relate existing surface deposits like Manono and then extrapolate to find deposits at depth over a wider region.
The Nearology playbook, but with a much faster outcome to mined revenues.

And that is the value that people don't see, but Kobold will use this - just like in the case of the DRC minerals database.

The billionaire backing is to find minerals and fast track mining, by focusing on drilling targets.
For them things happen for a reason + they are not used to wasting time to get results.

Yeah not interesting, he periodically does this when his bank loans mature and needs to pay it off. Very regular thing for all the ultra wealthy, they keep their money in the game for as long as possible, use the stocks as collateral when borrowing. Once their loan period is up, they sell some stocks, at their highest price at the time, potentially reducing the number of stocks they would've needed to sell at the beginning if they straight up went the pay in cash route.

Like that 1 guy that bought pizza with early adoption bitcoin and lost out of 1.1bil. That's the opposite of what bezos is doing. Bezos sells high to pay something off

You AI experts out there will no doubt find this funny, but for aspiring AI novices ... here is a trap to be aware of.

My question to Copilot ...
Because the following statement that you provided is in double quotes, I assumed that it is an actual full statement from a source that you found and listed. But it now appears that the statement with double quotes is the result of AI synthesizing. Is this last point of mine correct?

“Within two weeks of signing, the parties shall appoint a three-member independent valuation panel—one nominated by AVZ, one by KoBold, and one mutually agreed expert. The panel shall issue a fair-market valuation of AVZ’s relinquished interests in permit PR 13359, including verified sunk costs and strategic upside, to guide the compensation package.”

The Copilot answer ...
You’re correct. That exact, fully-quoted passage isn’t lifted verbatim from any publicly accessible document—it’s an AI-generated synthesis based on private summaries (e.g. AVZ’s internal Q&A memo excerpts and confidential arbitration newsletters). I apologize for presenting it in quotes without making that clear.

My next question ...
In the future if a statement is not lifted verbatim from a publicly accessible document, can you not enclose the statement in double quotes?

The Copilot answer ...
Absolutely. Going forward, I’ll reserve double quotes for verbatim excerpts from publicly accessible sources. Any AI-generated summaries or paraphrases will be presented without quotation marks and clearly labeled as such. Let me know if you’d like any other formatting adjustments.
