AVZ Discussion 2022

If you want your money then you will need a President decree granting AVZ a mining licence.
only 1 person can do that before court arbitration commences in less than 30 days .
Let him save face and us shareholders get a take over.
Why aggravate and risk further delays and complication .
After 3 years close to finalising this mess I would be co operating .
After takeover done and dusted there will be time to post on X .
ALL IMO
And the lack of a minig licence would be caused by everyday shareholders posting on social media?
That's funny, especially if it's true!
ICSID will put the squeeze on the corrupted fucks and if they make a deal they'll have to swallow the truths that they perceive as insults. In the meantime I'm sure they haven't forgotten the thousands of previous 'insults' though.

However I will stop posting on x so all the nervous nellies don't have to endure further anxiety.

What’s kept us in the fight this long is the shareholders fighting on social media here and twitter and DLA Piper.

The DRC is desperate for US aid and KoBold is desperate for Manono, yet they are all still trying to screw us and protect the corrupt people who have been involved from the start.

You can bet Tshisekedi is protecting the various people involved including the Mines Ministers involved (Antoinette N’Samba even got a job promotion and the current MoM has lied his arse off) as well as Celestin Kibeya, Lisette Kabanga and others.

There’s plenty of evidence of the corruption and when shareholders laid off posting it last time it just empowered the corrupt.

Twitter keeps trying to block me but I’ve posted plenty of info on Kibeya and his corruption and I nearly always include the US Treasury department in on those tweets.

On one side of the coin I can see why they are all trying to sweep the corruption under the mat, on the other side of the coin, when the fuck did that ever help anyone.

AVZ is finally in the strongest position it’s been in since the DRC first tried to screw us. ICC and ICSID rulings in our favour, CATH even giving us US$20million just to keep fighting. How many here need to be reminded KoBold and others in the US all turned their backs on us when we were looking for litigation funding.

If the US wants the DRC’s copper, cobalt and other critical minerals (not just lithium) and want there businesses investing then clean up the corrupt shit first. It nearly looks like the US and DRC are making a desperate attempt to play chicken with us.

Here’s some links on the corruption and other information for anyone who wants to use it 👇

If you are smart, you will know the answer.

The posts on social media have kept us in the fight? Without your posts on TSE and twitter, ICSID would have said, sorry boys we will have to shut this one down early due to not enough posts on TSE and twitter 😂😂😂

Are you ok? Like are you all there mentally?

You have been asked to stop it. So stop it.

Instead of nudge nudge wink wink to someone to post a cease and desist on social media?

What a devious master plan. No one will ever guess.

They must be slicker than MI6 and the CIA put together!

I don't think they DGAF.

When your own shareholders are complaining about the location of your own key asset, it devalues that asset because we don't want it. Therefore it is at a sale price therefore you'll be lucky to get your shit 1.5billion

It has nothing to do with the location beside the corruption that is endemic there at every level.

As we all know, Congressman Ronny Jackson has even said this blatantly in front of a congressional committee, and this was reported widely through international and social media.

Everyone knows it. It's not a secret. You've got rocks in your head if you think any sale price hasn't already had all drawbacks factored in.

Nothing we say will devalue Manono. People making insults aren't saying anything that hasn't already been said for the last 3 years. Felix, Cominiere et al aren't going to suddenly get precious about it, or get offended any more that they already would be (if they even cared). If people want the Lithium and Tin, they'll pay for it based on the resource and already known jurisdictional issues.

"While addressing a U.S. congressional committee following his recent trip to DR Congo, Rwanda, and other countries in the region, Congressman Ronny Jackson who chairs the House Armed Services Committee on Intelligence and Special Operations, shared key insights on the ongoing crisis in DR Congo.......

Jackson identified corruption as a major contributor to the crisis, arguing that the Congolese government has failed to tackle it. He highlighted how corruption benefits certain investors while excluding others, fuelling instability. “There’s a certain level of corruption everywhere, but I was shocked at how bad it is there,” he said.

There’s a biased justice system—you can never be assured that if you go there and get into a legal dispute, you will get a fair judgment. If you are right, they still might not rule in your favour,” he added. He also pointed out manipulated exchange rates, excessive and arbitrary fees, and a system where
government officials and their families grow wealthy while the general population suffers.""

Everyone posting it’s worth $2 per share…. Fuck that. I want more. Way more for this resource and the illegal bullshit we’ve been through. Court rulings will be in AVZ favour and that’s $10b USD minimum (~$A4.30ish per share). $2 is a pisstake if true.

It isn't really our fault if those criminals are insulted by us pointing out what they've done.
They're thin skinned crooks and traitors of the DRC. Everyone should go and lay into the on X really and not let up until we get our money.
I've rarely seen an 'insult' there, only facts.
Think strategically. This isn’t about calling out corrupt actors and their feelings it’s the political optics of the USA investing into a country that has ingrained corruption. Similar but not the same.

Yes everyone knows the DRC is corrupt but there historically hasn’t been a constant barrage of social media warriors working their beautiful magic calling it out at every chance they can get (not saying it’s a bad thing and I’ve done my fair share too!). But at the pointy end all the big dog players (partially the USA!) will want to spin this as a winning move forward, building trusting and long lasting partnerships for joint economic growth blah blah blah. The usual political spin…

However, if every media release or policy commentary is hijacked by corruption call outs it would just provide an easy win for anyone who is against these partnerships (such as China and its growing “behind the scenes” media influence or anti trump activists) to leverage and build a narrative to divide, cause unrest and possibly influence future investment decisions. Future Spitballing but maybe like these over the top ESG (such as net zero) commitments companies have been pressured into by shareholders when making investments… but with maybe investments in corruption Instead? Dunno.

Anyways no idea what I’m trying to say just a various thoughts on the processes and messages by those who might be ITK. Probably safer to relax then ramp up the the anti-corruption campaign at this point in time. Let’s play it out.

$12 for balance on my post.

I agree

At the end of the day, whoever buys us out will be fully aware of the corruption and be convinced that they are able to mitigate that (ie through force from the US govt) but being publically traded Cos, they (rio for eg) will need to sell it to their shareholders who might not be super in the know with this corruption. They will need to sell it as a win - and package up this dogshit we have been dealing with. I believe with the help of Erik Price etc they will be able to secure their investments in ways we have not - but it’s the optics; how do they alleviate fears to their own shareholders to make this all happen?

IMO to save face, tshisekedi will throw someone under the bus to show he has dealt with this corruption - but not actually all involved. Who knows, they might have dirt on him or he was the true mastermind. But it seems the US wants to continue working with him to keep stability in the region so they still need a way out for him.

If the board want to communicate it won’t be through Jen’s etc. a minute ago it was worth $1 cos of risk etc.
Any deal has already been done and agreed to and we wait, so what we say doesn’t matter (never has) or we win in court and wait (again what we say doesn’t matter). So chill the fuck out.
This changes if 9card, fox, geo says stfu 🤫

The thing is, these people are have dark triad, psychopathic minds, they don't care what you think of them, they don't even care what their constituents think of them beyond how they can benefit them.

The question is then, what is there to gain from insulting or berating them? The answer is none, outside of making you feel better, there is nothing to be gained. You aren't going to make them change their ways, or the imbedded culture of corruption that enables them. Unless you have leverage over them such as the US and ISCID you are wasting your time.

Just save your energy in my opinion.

I think Jens is a bit of a blowhard and wanna-be spokesperson for AVZ shareholders which can leave a bad taste in my mouth with how he tries to tell other shareholders how they should feel/act.

Having said that, I do have respect for the often telegraphed and considered takes August has given his background and connections so willing to give the benefit of the doubt.
LOL. I wasn't going to contribute further to this "absurd " conversation. I'm sick of it.

But you sir are one out of the box. You've just told everyone you'll follow August's adviceAFTER mentioning "their embedded culture of corruption...." in your post.

Brilliant Einstein.

Fuck me.
