It was Jens reply to this tweet from Cominiere. The meeting where the representatives of the US Partnership Global Infrastructure and Investment were eyeballing Kibeya and the dickhead couldn’t look them in the eyes 👇

Good to see the shareholders above showing support for other shareholders here

Since our shareholders relentless exposing of the corruption in the DRC, now the US has started to apply pressure on the DRC

Helaina Matza of the US Partnership Global Infrastructure and Investment group previously visited the DRC and expressed the USA’s interest in Manono and now Lucy Tamlyn (US Ambassador to the DRC) posted on X that the DRC’s reputation scares away investors👇

The US Partnership Global Infrastructure and Investment group’s plan for the Lobito corridor is the USA’s alternative to China’s Belt and Road initiative and the US has already mobilised over $4 billion on the Lobito corridor of a $600 billion investment planned for closing gaps in infrastructure in emerging markets

The $4 billion already mobilised was to build infrastructure for the Lobito corridor to support locals and to ship critical minerals from the DRC to the US. KoBold has has also been sniffing around the Lobito corridor👇

Now, just for a little added pressure on the DRC government, COP29 has announced the DRC will not receive any major funding👇

The above might be worth considering and so might questions to Nigel in private about any communications he has had with Helaina Matza and private meetings he had in the US with US officials as well as meetings in Belgium and France that the DRC Minister of Mines denied took place. Maybe even ask about Nigel getting stuck at an airport over there for hours because the DRC mining representatives fucked him around

Can anyone offer any information with regards to the significance of voting for these 2 resolutions ie the re-election of Rhett Brans and Salome Sijaona ? Given that SMEGMA and there Chinese backers did not put forward a resolution re the 2nd strike it all seems kinda pointless

They are doing a press release today on x I believe regarding the Lobito corridor ahead of Bidens visit. Not sure if it's country specific.

I'd go directly to Automic and get them to sort it this morning, as today is the last day to do proxy voting, otherwise attend in person at the AGM is only other choice - and don't forget to take popcorn, poppers and boxing gloves
Just recently, I went to directly to Automic as I had to update my address. It takes minimum ten days. For security reasons they sent a letter out 10 days after your email request.

My experience with moving to the new SRN was that it was instantaneously updated, if you refreshed the page, but of course it may well be different for changing an address. The guy asking this morning who is now a page back and I can't see his name, only wanted to register under the new SRN, and proxy vote. He can change address at his leisure

From memory it was through Jen's connections from his Wall Street days he was able to get some info re what was said during this meeting . Resolving issues with AVZ was part of it . If US want Manono Lithium transported via the Labito Corridor, surely that cant happen if the Lithium has been stolen ? Especially when it's stolen by Chinese .

I find it interesting that proxy voting ends today without the Annual Report being released. (Given that it needs to be released before the AGM).

You would expect there would be at least a little info about the contributions of the directors we are voting to re-elect. (I voted for them anyway because I do what deboss tells me like a good boy)

Not AVZ related but relevant.

I strongly and completely oppose all forms of violence. The individuals being harassed in the video might simply be doing their jobs.

The true culprits are often the untouchables operating behind the scenes, shielded from accountability. 😞

The Annual report is old news .Already 5 months old . I'm more interested in the Quarterly .Only @geo_au knows why everything is running late .😉😉

I dunno… think half the reason we got into this mess is a lack of violence. Aussies vs Chinese/africans in a pub style brawl. We win everytime

Not 100% sure but here’s my thoughts. We currently have the maximum number of BOD members. We know the Chinese have wanted a spot on the BOD since Yibin first tried to get enough shares to do this but they were blocked by FIRB.

Yibin now hiding their shares under HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES (AUSTRALIA) LIMITED-GSCO ECA.

I suspect that the other HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES (AUSTRALIA) LIMITED group on the share register also holds shares for other Chinese companies. Then you’ve got Huayou and Lithium Plus holding another 6.14% and 5.21% of shares respectively and possibly enough combined to call an EGM sometime after the AGM and nominate for a position on the BOD if one becomes vacant.

Possibly they learnt from last year that their plans to roll our BOD weren’t as easy as they’d hoped and may be trying a different strategy.

What ever they are up to we know the Chinese actors involved have sought to undermine our BOD and take over our project through any means possible and no doubt nothing has changed. In fact Zijin once again ramped up their attempts to pull the wool over Manono locals today.

As far as the AGM, the company made several mentions regarding the Auditors Report and this will have a great deal of significance as I imagine it will contain details regarding expenses paid to DLA Piper and the arbitration cases as well as details of the Locke funding.

I suspect this is what corrupt actors working against us will try to use if there’s another attempt to roll our BOD.

Don’t be surprised if Locke has struck a tough deal, after all they are the ones supplying the litigation funding and the bad actors involved have done everything they can to scare them off and screw us.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Zijin’s lawyers (Fasken) have submitted thousands of pages of submissions to arbitration to drain our funds.

Remember we have been fighting a dozen or more bad actors since this started including those actors backed by major Chinese companies.

That’s about all I can think of ahead of the AGM, just wish I was going

EU already have in place tariffs on EVs from China .
USA most likely will follow suit withTrump and Musk .
US want to spend billions on Lobito Corridor.??
What is to stop Tanzania putting tariffs with US support preventing export from both Lobito and Tanzania Ports from materials in DRC once the corruption from DRC government is fully exposed.?
China shooting itself in the foot as with increased tariffs will not sell cars in EU and USA plus Western countries aligned with US.
Jumping for joy is certainly not a long judicial system but a resolution involving either Ko Bold or Rio as joint venture partners taking on China.
Hopefully information by the BOD will be known today on progress or further delays.
