I’m actually surprised DRC haven’t done the MOU yet. Means nothing for them but kicks the can down the road and keeps us thinking we making progressMOU is a Memorandum of Understanding.
It is an informal agreement to co-operate into the future.
They are worth nothing.
A legally binding MOU is a contract or a licence that adheres to local law.
And we all know what that is worth in DRC.
MOU is part of the rumour mill.
If signed, it's worth Nada, zilch. nowt, nought, zero, nil, 0, nuffin.
