I don't know why everyone is so keen to get this funding, all it means for us is we'll get fleeced on the term sheet and it'll be a sure sign that the shit show continues for months and probably years.
I hope management are putting major pressure on to get a deal under the threat of suing for 10's of billions at ICSID.

Not so much about anyone being keen or not about funding; more just keen for a fucking real update. Everything positive we've heard has been great in theory but it's resulted in sweet fuck all for us in practice (so far). Pretty keen to actually see some of this imminent action take place.
The silence is fucking with everyone. I get that the theory is we don't need the funding if we can get a result from DRC in the interim, but that's been dragging on too long now. Frankly I'd rather push ahead with Locke (if the ball is actually in our court) if confirmation of $20M would scare these cunts into action. Cause clearly the prospect of funding is doing g sweet fa currently.
Funding is the only thing that matters when you have at best a couple of million left. When you have board members on huge salaries and huge court costs, the numbers game is not in our favour.
The Chinese will be back with another hair brained scheme that will just lead to more distractions. They seem to find plenty of people willing to throw away their professional reputations for a few quid.
Because they fundamentally believe their strategy is working. We are just about out of funds.
So it’s either the rabbit out of the hat or the 20 million lifeline. Needs to be done fast.

If the other poster wants to start acting in a civilised way, then I would refer to the persona by name. So far the champ throws around odd “injury” threats, uses poop gifs and vaguely links me to Tolate - without any evidence.
