AVZ Discussion 2022

So that would make it $30M USD today as it's been 187 days since May 5th. Remind me again when the ICC can enforce this payment.... would be very handy to continue funding us if we ended up going the full stick at ICSID
We have to request enforcement of the injunction to receive payment - but then the clock stops ticking and we get paid whatever the amount is.

So one might wonder if we are trying to get it upgraded from 50k to 150k per day to then soon after request enforcement  that extra money in the kitty would certainly help, especially because all of our drilling and spending has been reduced and without this MoU we go into lockdown mode...

With how it's all going so far I'm going to assume a few months to review the enforcement, then cominiere puts in an appeal on the enforcement which will take a few more months.

Then something comes out of left field which creates another legal case.

This is astute.... the ICC is high in mica.

Enforcement on emergency injunctions from recollection is 2 months on average. But that's when everyone is playing by the book.

The urgency of the Manono project as cited by the DRC... doesn't seem that urgent, but you know Days of our DRC lives. 10 years to be developed, still within scope.

An ICSID tribunal has a broad discretion under Article 47 of the ICSID Convention to grant provisional measures to a party where the Claimant can establish that its request is both urgent (i.e. should be granted at some point before the award) and necessary.

Based on the above explanation, assuming AVZ are requested ICSID measures to stop DRC from slicing, dicing or any other actions that are not in AVZ's best interests.

Another 150k euro per day fine starting from the 6th of November would be nice.

Did anyone get the vomit video from Michael Carrick to their emails? Further lies and bullshit. He said he value transparency and still fails to answer and address his motivations and links to the project

Left a comment, just incase a fish gets through the net that doesn't know about MMGA

I'd recommend everyone does so too letting them know just how happy or unhappy you are with their efforts

So has everyone here left no stone unturned in terms of telling everyone they know about MMGA and how to vote? Hope those traitors get their just desserts in the future. Karma.

1. Carrotdick starts off saying how frustrated he, Huljich and Ludbrook are.

I think Huljich was given shares and never bought any and Carrotdick and Ludbrook never bought AVZ shares.

2. Carrotdick then says the BOD has ignored the demands of the DRC government for the last two years

The BOD followed the DRC Mining Code and was granted the Ministerial Decree to award the ML in April 2021so there’s another lie from Carrotdick to go on top of the others

3. Carrotdick says the stooges value transparency

They have told numerous lies, spread disinformation and never been transparent about the millions of shares they were offered to take control of our BOD and the other information that was shared by the shareholder who met with Leonard Math and Bin Guo at a Chinese restaurant in Perth

How’s our case going against these stooges that is being discussed in private @Carlos Danger @9cardomaha ?

I have just voted and can confirm that this method of voting works even outside of germany. Must say that voting from Europe is a clusterfuck, my Bank will charge a fee of 300€ but to my knowing it will be refunded from avz.
Make sure your voting form has been sent to Atomic by Email.

Airmail takes too long, Sydney post exchange (where international post arrives) is very slow.

Received last week a letter send by Airmail Express from Europe.
Date of stamping in Sydney was 3.5 weeks after stamped at international post exchange in Europe, after that it took another 5 days for the letter to arrive at destination.

If you would follow that path your voting form arrives after the closing date and will be invalid.
