Maybe you should all post MMGA's how to vote a few more times hey? FMD, any publicity is good publicity and they'd would be stoked its already posted twice on TSE........
Do you seriously reckon anyone here apart from the drooling trolls in the background are going to take much notice of it Doc?
It's just a good opportunity for bogan shareholders to call them cunts but I can remove the post if people think it's inappropriate.
I ain't removing shit. It was relevant to the discussion about aligning our votes away from MMGA's plan to attack the BoD. Sad.

Fuck MMGA.
I might drop my green flyers, minus address, off well used in Peter's letterbox, have a look if he is going to send me more flyers.

If he sends me an email, I will make sure he will not enjoy the response.
Fuck him

If he believes he is our illustrious leader and can speak on our behalf, he got it wrong.

The new board appointments and the use of the term projects plural in the annual report are a possible a clue to management's contingency plan in case we need to go the distance at the ICSID. Nigel has said previously 'we can find another Manono' and we have a lot of new ties to Tanzania all of a sudden. There are litigation funding arrangements available that would certainly classify as 'alternative' that would allow AVZ to focus on new operations. We can return to trading whenever the bod updates the market about our mining rights and answers the other outstanding questions from the ASX. Share price wouldn't be pretty tho imo
Let's be honest though, the wages drawn have been fucking insulting to those paying for those wages (Us). Wages for NOTHING so far. Wages for PAIN?
That's all current shareholders have, pain.
It is a good message to send to BoD and I am about to change my vote to against for resolution #1, but I'm having this conversation to see If someone can convince me otherwise.

They'll have to be responsible not to get another 25% vote next agm wont they?

Honestly, how the FUCK are they paying themselves amongst the top wages for board members ASX wide, while producing absolutely SQUAT!?
ZERO! NOTHING but absolute agony and pain for shareholders????
Fuck sake man.
They need their heads and asses slapped BIG time.
They already have enough in performance shares, to give them incentive to succeed.
THEY ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH INCENTIVE!

If they need extra bonus to continue working, then it means they dont believe they can succeed.
If they need bonuses to keep working, it means they don't see any value in their performance shares.
It means we're all fucked.
If so, fuck them too!

Preaching to the converted dude. But this is a time for logic not emotion. And yeah if Nigel really does need some extra cash he can always sell his AJN shares imo

Maybe find out what the pay rate is for expatriates working in Africa.

I have the feeling that the bonus payment was a per diem, a fixed daily allowance which covers all business travel expenses.

Ever worked overseas?

Personally, I can't argue the wages and bonus's while we have been in suspension and thwarted at every opportunity so far. There are arguments both ways, but end of the day this is a results game. Where are our results?

But speaking strategically if I'm voting against them then like has been mentioned they only need another snub to be booted, you can bet your bottom dollar that'll be very high up on the Zijin Menu (more Chinese restaurant meetings). So I'll effectively be helping out the enemy indirectly if I vote against it. We do not know what will happen down the road, just like last year and the year before.

So IMO its best to play safe.

I'll be fucked if I'm helping Zijin, MMGA, Corrupt Cominere & cunt Cong.

I sincerely invite anyone to give everyone here good reason and argument that we should vote FOR on resolution #1, the remuneration.
I do not agree that a vote aginst this would give our enemies fuel against us assuming after the AGM, MMGA do not succeed.
To argue that another year away (AGM '24) would give them fuel is absurd.

The BoD giving themselves even a SLIGHT pay cut during this turmoil would have gone a LONG way to sure up support, but no fuckign nothing.
Shareholders are suffering massively, and they're drawing hundreds of thousands of dollars as salary!!!
They freeze OUR money, and pay themselves massively from this money we cant get out of, and salaries WAY above the median for a company that produces ZERO profits!
FUCK OFF!

As I said I invite anyone to give good reason otherwise but I'm changing my vote against resolution #1.
Unbelievable.

They did take a pay cut. Compare FY22 to FY23 total remuneration, it's like 75% pay cut (when factoring in share based remuneration).
Sure he got like $640k in cash, but that's like what a medical specialist gets, I think Nigel is more stressed getting cucked more than a medical specialist, plus has to be in Africa away from his family. Sure that's what he signed up for, and he signed up to get paid bank! (But yeh he better deliver soon)

I put a sad emoji for the reason that the BOD seem to have no empathy for shareholders. They have treated us like shit and with utter contempt. They could have at least been in communication with shareholders throughout this ideal, not with updates about their strategies but just showing some respect. They have treated us horribly and I dont care what anyone says I dont believe they have even earnt their salary. You cannot tell me that they have all worked 40 hrs/wk, on what!
I really think its sad the way this company has treated its shareholders.
Just booked my flights and accommodation for the AGM and what makes it so much worse for me is the mrs says she wants to come because shes freaked out about our investment!

Yeah that's why I'll be voting yes for remuneration

But hard questions need to be asked about the plan for 'medium term' capital raises in suspension outlined in the going concern if still no ML when funds get low. Especially with what they said last year about spending reviews and cutting costs if needed. And their recommendation to appoint more snouts to the trough 🐷
Why not put a fire under them and put their jobs at risk. maybe they will treat shareholders with the respect they deserve. Lets remenber where their salary comes from, the SHAREHOLDERS. Do the fucking job

I think it's an ATM facility (At The Market) meaning AVZ can raise up to $50m by issuing the required qty of shares at the market price

I believe it's all in place and ready to go.....just not sure how being in suspension might affect the process?
Bring us out of suspension then we get access to another years salary for the lazy fucks

Know when to pick your battles! This is NOT the time to be picking that one.

When facing nefarious corrupt players trying to steal YOUR investment…..you want the BoD working for YOU.

Support the BoD in winning this existential battle first…..then once your investment is secure….then have your say on remuneration.

Dont shoot yourself in the foot!

Their performance shares MASSIVELY incentivises them to succeed. MASSIVELY!
And they've already awarded themselves TONS!
Bonuses and absurdly high wages means money for them regardless of the outcome.

They have already assured themselves of making multiples of millions should they succeed.

There is no shooting ourselves in the foot here.
They're already incetivised.
