Honestly WHEN are the BoD going to communicate with SH’s …with facts /offers /figures & future ….like to see their pay /finance suspended for 12months with no finishing line in sight …its .about 6 months on from Road Shows & AGM …think its time for a honest heart to heart SH’s meeting on the end game

Here 's a better question . How long do we as share holders allow the BoD to remain silent ?
Remain silent for as long as necessary. In this instance silence is golden and for very good reason. Patience is a virtue, having said that I still think the BoD are great as you will find out in the fullness of time.

They are running out of runway, only so much cash left in the coffers.... yes their is the potential Cath cash, yes we have finance facilities but all that is for getting us to a mine. Without a license none of it comes into play (as near as I can tell).
Granted ML is out of their hands and I think they are doing all they can on that front, legal challenges over ownership, dealing with a corrupt, non-transparent jurisdiction etc but they have been burning a lot of cash on the drill campaign at a time when it might seem prudent to keep coffers fuller for the war effort.... where is the 10Mtpa study, what is the strategy regarding getting into production other than hope and pray it works out miraculously at the 12th hour between the various DRC factions... they certainly can't do capital raises without an insane level of dilution to current holders. We were led to believe we had support "at the highest levels of government", its very evident now that support does not extend to direct intervention.
I want to believe the burn rate on cash is leading to something and was requested in line with some master plan/requirement just getting harder and harder to stay quiet as a passenger on this journey.

It's been 12 fucking months of suspension and 24 months since we applied for the licence

I know all the old adages of 'don't invest more than you can afford to lose' bla bla bla. And for the record I DO NOT think my investment in AVZ is lost.
But goddamn, this halt came at a terrible time for me, just as I made the decision to start a new business in something that was going to have a very long lead time to any sort of income. And coming up to a year of not having access to a good chunk of my savings it has made the whole thing sooo much harder. I've been in AVZ since the 0.06 days so still would have been up enough to be worth pulling out a chunk if I needed it. And all because of a few wankers in the DRC and a giant knob in Russia - Fuk you guys.
Anyway, it sucks, and after almost a year of holding on that's my little vent.
Still positive we'll get this thing moving eventually. Still think AVZ the best option for DRC, and the light this issue is getting in DRC will force the hand of corrupt authorities. Massive thanks to all those on here that have continued to contribute research/translations/tweets over the past year to help us all stay at least somehow informed. It's made the situation a lot more bearable. (As has the somewhat cathartic spreading of memes calling out corrupt DRC ministers).
Lets get this bloody thing moving already!
