This sounds quite similar to what initially happened to Alibaba a while back. But i think it was to do with Jack Ma disrespecting the "supreme leader!"

The Government encouraged to do everything possible for economic growth of 8% in 2023
Despite the difficult economic context marked in particular by the continuation of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and the aggression suffered by the Democratic Republic of Congo by its neighbor Rwanda, the President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, encouraged the Government to spare no effort to achieve economic growth of 8% in 2023 as projected by the staff of the International Monetary Fund.
The President of the Republic, Félix Tshisekedi, made this known during the ninetieth meeting of the Council of Ministers, held on Friday March 10, 2022.
"Faced with the favorable outlook expected in 2023, the President of the Republic encouraged the Government to spare no effort to support economic recovery, strengthen the resilience of our economy, preserve the purchasing power of Congolese by upgrading our national currency against foreign currencies, particularly the US dollar.
This, in order to materialize the economic growth projected by the services of the International Monetary Fund at 8%, despite the context of aggression of the country by Rwanda, and the persistence of the repercussions of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, which continue to disrupt African and global supply chains and drive up food prices, said Congolese Government Spokesman Patrick Muyaya.
According to the Congolese President, the strategies proposed by the African Development Bank (AfDB), which moreover align with the actions of the Congolese Government, should help the country achieve this ambition.
In its report, the AfDB suggests the continuation of the accelerated implementation of structural reforms aimed at strengthening the industrialization of the private sector supported by the Government in key sectors, such as: agriculture and agro-industry, smart energy transitions in the face of climate degradation, the development of natural resource value chains, in particular those of minerals as means of accelerating the economic growth of the DRC.

Additionally, over the last six to seven years AVZ has secured a renewable 25-year lease on a 12 square kilometre industrial site for logistics activities related to hosting an intermodal staging station which forms a vital part of AVZ’s logistics infrastructure plan to export finished products to global markets, using the ports of Lobito in Angola and Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
The dedicated logistics arm for the project is responsible for the commercial and operational management of Manono’s logistics requirements, including road haulage, rail and port services and infrastructure maintenance.
The industrial site agreement was an important milestone which was met with the approval of the local community including environmental and social impact assessments for rehabilitation of the road from Manono, the proposed new ferry crossing and materials handling sites, and the depot for finished products being exported to global markets.
Meetings were held with the caretaker governor of Haut-Lomami and his advisors to discuss the project and they were excited by the many benefits this collaboration would bring to the town, such as improvements to provincial infrastructure and employment opportunities for locals. The company had also sat down with local indigenous chiefs to discuss their people’s specific needs and involvement in the project.

I've been keeping an eye on THE VUKA GROUP who are organising the DRC MINING WEEK events in June and September, and I see that Zigin's Kamoa Copper has an Advisory Board Member speaking at the June event in Kinshasa and their Kamoa-Kakula Copper Mine is a Platinum sponsor.
If @Spikerama hasn't had any feedback from Jens following his round of golf, it would be good to up the Twitter and TSE wave of information on corruption.... One thing about Cong, Zigin, and their puppets in the DRC, they have given us plenty to work with.
I wonder if boatman and tommy think we have forgotten about them.... Is it possible for all the short sellers who took boatman's advice to start a class action against him?! And tommy, well if Marius wants any help with his case against that prick, I'm sure there are plenty here who will help
I have had some from a few people but the evidence is inconclusive and not reliable. Teetering between Wait and See and Unleashing Hell.
