Yeh, Spike them !!
Nearly got the English on sorted mate. Hang 5
AVZ's argument is that the sale is in violation of our preemptive rights, it's a bit long-winded but you could say that if you don't want to use illegal.Carlos correct me if I'm wrong but I don't recall anywhere in the report it regards the sale as illegal. I really want to say illegal if it has been deemed to be.

That's a very good point mate but AVZ didn't generate or have a hand in the IGF report so safer to stick to the facts until the ICC hearing proves one way or another. Cheers though. I will keep it in mind for something else.
Bags is that in relation to the sale of the shares or the squandering of the proceeds? Or both?IGF Report states
“In violation of legal provisions”
You can throw this quote in where you feel it is best placed
That’s me out of here for today fellas

What the IGF are saying is that the MoP should have followed the law to find out the correct valuation that was known to the market from Dathcom's DFS. By failing in her duty to safeguard the state's interest it has resulted in a loss of revenue of $120m for the DRC government. Whether what the MoP did in regards to the valuation is illegal is up to Congolese constitutional scholars but she definitely didn't do her fucking job.Carlos correct me if I'm wrong but I don't recall anywhere in the report it regards the sale as illegal. I had a similar thought myself. I’m open to it.Guys, what's the cost of placing ads in DRC paper? I'm open to chipping in
You can add all that to your tweet. There is only so much room a well balanced layout can handle.Maybe summarise with cliff note, ie:
Sold well under market value.
The deal has Dubious legality.
The money never made it into the public coffers.
The poor stay poor.
Have you got the frenchy version mateYou can add all that to your tweet. There is only so much room and well balanced layout.![]()

Before anyone posts this can I get a sense check from @MoneyBags1348 please?
Is it accurate and fair? I had to paraphrase the copy to make it snackable. Once ok I will put it in the archive.
I will do a French version too.
That's bugger all. Most Congolese don't read newspapers or internet
I have been pondering a large billboard for some time or perhaps a couple of them
Somewhere on a prominent road close to Ministry offices
A month or two of advertising close to parliament will draw attention, if it is written in French
DRC
The leading Out Of Home (OOH) media agency in Democratic Republic of the Congo, we offer Outdoor Advertising, Billboard Advertising, Digital Billboards, Airport Advertising, Shopping Mall Advertising and Street Pole Advertising across Democratic Republic of the Congo.www.alliancemedia.com
I havent enquired with the above firm directly yet
Not too sure on cost but in Aus its $2,000 to $4,000 per month (depending on location) plus print costs and application
It's probably 1/5 of the cost in DRC
I'm inThat's bugger all.
Divvie it up between a bunch of tse users and it's probably a lunch meal.
If anyone is in touch with the DRC journalists could be something to scope with them?
