the Manono Project; and

• ongoing disagreements, conflicts and differences between the shareholders
that have stalled the development of the Manono Project and the resulting
deadlock prevents the State from benefiting from the development of PE
13359.

The Company is seeking independent legal advice regarding both Ministerial
Decrees dated 28 January 2023, whilst expediting discussions to clarify the
intentions of the competent DRC authorities.

Reads to me like they're primed to take back the tenement. I wonder if we've got the full story considering that ACAJ stated:
'It is a courageous decision that allows the state-owned company COMINIERE SA to recover all of its rights to the Manono lithium concession.'

Time will tell but it's difficult to put any positive spin on this with the information we have available so far.

I would love for this to be just a communication error with the government shuffle (apparently) on its way, and we are close to receiving the proper full tenement ML. Nothing is really pointing towards that, otherwise we surely wouldn't have released this a week late and with the last portion of that announcement basically saying we know nothing we are getting our lawyers onto it (lets be honest here BOD, they have been on it for a week with no answer already).

A part of me on the weekend thought this may be a good thing, the DRC tidying up all this split tenement crap to go back to one tenement under Dathcom.
But the fact AVZ didn’t have a heads up at all by the looks of it leaves me with only one conclusion. Nigel has been outplayed in every facet here. He was probably asked to remain quiet, don’t make a fuss and we’ll sort it for you.

Surely if this was in anyway positive, the new Ministerial Decrees cancelling the previous Decree would have been followed by another new decree granting the licence. The fact that the BOD is seeking legal advice to clarify the situation fills me with dread.
