I would not put it past them to get Cominiere to deliberately lose the case (ie not turn up or similar) and give up entry into the Dathcom joint venture, where MMCS/Zijin then may have an arrangement in place. For example Zijin funds MMCS but then get a percentage of whatever they manage to steal from the project.

Yes very true, maybe that was rescinded once a 6yr old did the heavy lifting for her, hence why MMCS are now going to ICC.

What a tangled spider-web that has been spun here, this situation could be made so much easier if Zijin just adhered to what they agreed to do at that fabled meeting with Cominiere and MOP Infront of the cameras and fucked off.

Would not surprise me if around the time they 'rescinded' a deal was struck with AJN to buy our northern tenement, MOP, AJN and Zijin with Mupande all thinking they got it in the bag. Certainly some moving sands here

Benita Tshisekedi is Felix’s sister. She is telling Rose Kiese (the DRC Minister of Justice) to process the IGF files that have been filed in the courts quickly as some of the charged have been released on bail.

Not sure if that refers to Mwamba Misao Athanase (CEO / Managing Director of Cominiere)

The IGF Report was forwarded to the office of the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal (in Gombe) more than ten weeks ago.

Rose Kiese (DRC Minister of Justice) office is in Gombe. She is pictured below…. She appears to be another of Prime Minister Jean Michel Sama Lukonde Kyenge corrupt co-conspirators

Rose Mutombo Kiese is a DR Congo lawyer and politician. She is national president of the Permanent Consultative Framework for Congolese Women. In 2021 she was appointed Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals in the Lukonde government.

You know what amazes me is all this absolute Bulshit reading between the lines and all the very diligent researchers. That all wanted to save the DRC from CORRUPTION for fucks sakes this is the gig in these countries. The world will still spin around with CORRUPTION and over decades it will all come good. Look at Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines Thailand Vietnam ezdekastan Qatar uae I mean I can't be fucked with any more. I'm pretty sure u get the drift . Cong should have been payed 12 months ago. Call it an extension to the contract. And all this bulshit would have disappeared. But ho no all these puritan smart people wanted to save the drc from corruption. In 5 to 10 years corruption will be sorted though progress not some poxy company called avz. Jesus christ half these pricks haven't even got a fuck passport let alone worked one. Said from the start just play THE FUCKING GAME. Seriously not that fucking hard.

AJN were always going to flip their percentage of the northern tenement to Zijin if they got it. As if they would mine it.
