Cominiere / Zijin may of sent a letter of some kind to AVZ, but it was done on the quiet / sneaky side possibly hoping it got lost in the mail...........
I would of thought with a BIG $$$$ contract intention ( AVZ / COM/ ZIJIN ), with good knowledge of DRC law and acting in "good faith, character, integrity & respect " ...all means of communication would have been sent to AVZ / DATHCOM / AVZI via email , letter, phone call , reminders , ..........whatever works.!!
Nigel mentioned very clearly in the AGM that AVZ had tight documentation of events, this is clearly evident here.
AVZ find out about COM / ZIJIN deal only when a commercial court of lambushi advises ?.................
How fuckn rude and disrespectful when AVZ has poured millions into discovering such a wonderful deposit in RD & CDT, which can help DRC to thrive.
The law is clear, the actions of COM / ZIJIN is adjudged NULL & VOID as per DRC law.
IGF report supports that statement.
COM / ZIJIN did not act in " good faith, character, integrity & respect "

While China was busy securing rare earth minerals, semi conductors, etc. becoming global super power at most fronts...
Here in Australia, I (and maybe most of us) have been fed two things for the past two decades ....
1) China's attack on Australia is imminent.
2) Rugs a Million going out of business
I fell for both of these since my landing in Australia in 2003, thinking why , WHY ?????
Fast forward 20 years and here were are .... Rugs-a-million made Millions and still thriving, while China made us spend Trillions on things we probably didnt need by selling us FEAR and they enriched themselves with things that really mattered.
And same fear mongering by Zijin, that they are going to take Manono, so we better back off and sell it to them.
NO, they cant simply walk over us and simply take Manono because they have more money to hire expensive lawyers, the same way they cant just land in Australia because they have 'pledged $1.2 trillion' and we will put our land on a silver platter, we WILL fight, I WILL FIGHT.

The power comes from its new cell-to-pack (CTP) technology, which uses a single structure for the battery pack rather than connecting a group of individual modules together like traditional EV batteries. CATL, the world’s largest manufacturer of EV batteries (including for Tesla), says the Qilin’s design also keeps the battery cooler, resulting in faster charging rates. Which is nice, even if you won’t need to recharge it while driving from Vermont to Virginia, or Texas to Topeka.

I didn’t want to post it as we are still suspended but since I promised about F 150 Lightening I thought before the year ends I live up to my words unlike Mr wink wink , so here are the pics, no way to upload videos here?
It’s a excellent buy for an EV truck, if you like Tesla, this won’t disappoint you, and at this stage only two of them in whole Australia and both of them are with us, AND it’s a must have when we hit $2
