Saving that all week for a were fucken fucked Friday fuck post? I love it, but it was a bit short of setting a new mantle

Complete and utter absolutely fucked up mess

We've been discussing the points and have had a pretty solid view of what has occurred/transpired for fucking ages now

Yeah CAMI split tenement 13359 in a move not in accordance with the mining code, yeah Mupande shouldn't be in the job, yeah the northern section of the tenement including part of CDL was supposed to be renewed to Dathcom under a new exploration permit and a revised JV but it hasn't happened, yeah Nige had the fucking wool pulled over his eyes being told Felix requested the carve up (and Nige "believed" what he was being told), yeah the fucking green bitch sold off 15% of Dathcom to Zijin for peanuts and the shitful amount they actually paid never made it to the govt coffers, yeah we had a court win regarding MMCS but they're still having a fucking crack, yeah Jules is doing a fine job at the IGF but no-one is moving on the recommendations and findings, yeah we've got a couple of rounds of fucking bullshit arbitration at the ICC for matters that the plaintiffs apparently don't have a leg to stand on but they're still fucking going ahead, yeah Nige has a fucking conflict of interest regarding the northern part of the tenement and his holding in AJN, yeah Felix is fucking impotent and flies around the world spruiking how fucking good investing the the DRC is but his anti-corruption stance is as tangible as a fart in the fucking wind, yeah we've got support at the highest levels of Govt......whoops maybe we don't .....we'll re-phrase that in our pissweak and useless announcements, yeah Klaus, AJN, Zijin and all the other fuckers are paying everyone off in the govt and probably the judiciary with brown paper bags, yeah the twittersphere has so much misinformation it's astonishing, yeah the Prime Minister Sama Lukonde is complicit in the overall arsefuckery, yeah Boatman Capital are fuckers and Tommy Richardhead is sucking their dicks, yeah Nige says we have good title to 75% of Dathcom but other fuckers disagree, yeah our fucking lawyers seem fucking useless and incompetent, yeah Omni Bridgeway are looking to crank up the class action against the BoD that I apparently fucking started, yeah Deeland are offering to hoover up millions of shares in Germany maybe in an attempt to get some Chinese fucker a seat on the board of AVZ, yeah, yeah fucking yeah....blah blah blah fucking blah

We just keep recycling the same fucking information we've known for fucking ages and it all continues to go absolutely fucking nowhere

There's no fucking progress, there's no resolutions, there's no fucking movement forward, there's no boxes being ticked advancing the overall position for shareholders

And what have management informed shareholders as to what has happened/is happening over about the last 9 or so months?????

Absolutely fucking NOTHING........ZIP, NADA, ZERO fucking ZILCH

Throw some bullshit roadshows into the mix to load up some frequent flyer points and sprinkle a little magic dust over the chosen ones while giving a few sly winks, a nod here and there and inferring CDL is full of Mica and not worth worrying about

So by the mining code MMCS are out, as they didn't satisfy the 'construction works' stipulation within the timeframe.
Curious how they have been buzzing around since they lost it, yet they did fuck all when they had it.

So essentially whatever judgement/decision is made Comminere pays, if they have deemed they sold off their share then they pay MMCS the equivalent yes ?
i.e if 5% its $50 million.

This in theory only effects us in the sense that we may be tapping up MMCS (if they win) to purchase their share of the project off of them ?
Is this correct ? If so we best be talking to MMCS, covering bases an such.

Well that depends … wasn’t the green queen giving MMCS from cominiere …..but she’d already signed off the 15% to Zijin

She obviously wasn’t very good in math class … how’s that going to work …. May actually put a bit of pressure on Zijin to hand over that offical letter of non pursuing of Manono 15%
