i've been patient and somewhat positive since the initial suspension.

But this is drawing me out.

It makes me wonder how many investors no longer feel confident in AVZ and would dump on the first open regardless of the news.

I, for one, am tempted to do so.

Have you contacted the company secretary? If not just identify yourself with share holding and I’m sure they’ll explain some stuff.

I think if AVz prevails it will have social credit in Congo. Trick is avoiding enemies there, need a broad alliance.

Clear case of cognitive dissonance here: For starters I said “vexatious” not, ”annoying”.

I offered Cong’s phone number via an intermediary, non public disclosure. Or find it yourself, with a tip, learn Chinese. Why would I hand out Cong’s number with Boatman et al watching ?

For the record, you never asked me for the number, so fail to understand the whining.

For the record, yes you’re vexatious,— I don’t see any attempt by me to incite legal action in shareholders. I do see a six month suspension as likely inciting that sentiment however. But you’re here to put a lid on such sentiment?

I do see however, others mumbling about use of implements in AVZ meetings and everyone accepting that has healthy.

RE legal recourse, if so, why would you be against it if it’s valid? This is not a casino. The great thing about the suspension no cunts here or elsewhere can say. “Just sell if you don’t like it”.

If someone takes action or will be inclined it is because they really feel they have made a loss not because of me or anyone else here. WHO ARE YOU to REPRESS?
Deal with the reality, people have had their investment suspended for 6 months, why on EARTH would it not be on everyone’s mind? Unless they have access to company koolaid ? Which some here have been trying to trickle in. I can tell. I know all it about and nothing can be done about that.

I think ChrisU said it well, people are smarting up about what to expect from an ASX company. Discussion on disclosure has its “own momentum”.
I for one have said several times, the company looks to have done the best it can under the conditions it has to combat the little mafia and allegedly has support from ASIC since last year.

That doesn’t mean then all we should do is sing kumbayah, eat pineapples or jackfruit instead of asking about stewardship in general. The long termers know what I mean. I gave irrefutable examples. Not once did I report to ASIC, the share price was heading to 3.8cps 2019, “by design”

Sell the reopening dip, buy the prolonged bigger dip was going to be my plan

I just don't understand why they don't just explain clearly why the ML hasn't been granted yet and what the problems are.

I think that would go a long way to easing SH frustration, at some point we need info even if the company is in the middle of a chess match with a grand master of corruption/bribery/being sheisters

If we trade the SP goes back to 7ents . Nigel and Crew are finished . They will get their arses sued for rest of their lives. No chance we come out of suspension until we either win or become extinct . IMO

7 cents is pure speculation.

Nigel or who the fuck else are "finished" or not is certainly not a basis for the board to decide whether the stock can trade or not.

If we trade @ x cents or zero cents the BOD will be examined as to whether they have complied with relevant legislation.

Not up to play with Aussie commercial law so will leave it at that however having worked in NZ as in-house legal commercial manager (LLB) and also as a stockbroker (ACA) in my time I would put it to others that in NZ a listed company does not stay in perpetual suspension surrounding "winning" or "extinction".
