Discussions with Dr. Robert HABECK, German Vice Chancellor&Min for the Economy and Climate. On the menu: deployment of the German Chamber of Commerce, possibility of organizing the 5th German-Africa Summit in #DRC, exploitation of PYROCHLORE in LUESHE/ #KISHISHE.

Old mate has revealed more than I first thought - the article includes a photo and caption telling us it’s the location of the world’s largest hard rock lithium deposit. Cool - Lithium is just what we’re looking for!

That river sure looks like a lovely place to visit. But wait - it looks like it’s in the DRC’s neighbouring country, Congo. Oh no!

So this, friends, is where this tale gets very dark. Old mate is helpfully revealing to us knuckleheads for the first time that we‘ve applied for a mining permit in the wrong country, dang it!
