I beg to differ with the losing of 50% of our asset. But I suppose let's wait and see.AVZ has said nothing officially. AJN made announcement on Tues 1 November 2022 stating they have support of DRC Govt for their Congo Ressources JV to be given a Lithium Licence in Manono in the next few weeks which is the exact area of the currently CAMI carved out CDL section of PR13359.
Northern Section actually has circa 75% of CDL length which is yet to be drill tested. The Southern Section that contains the current Exploration Target is 1.2km in length or circa 25% of the CDL Pegmatite length. The Northern Section actually does not have much/any CDL in it, it consists of Malata and Kahungwe
Dam pity your first corporate. And its going to be this shit show. CheersWould love Nigel to put up a secret (aka fake) slide of dates and names of people who are going to be jailed and have that leaked for shits and giggles just to make them sweat
Got an invite for the roadshow on monday, am stoked. I'm just a casual investor so will be the first time I go to any corporate event![]()
Exactly thanks for that. Are you going to agmThere is no Resolution in the AGM requesting Performance Shares be voted on, so i dont think they can ask now. Too late and i think they have done the right thing by not asking given the situation at the moment.
Last years PR shares still have a cloud over them imo, including the ones that have already vested. Shareholders were asked to vote on granting PR's to BoD and Senior management as well as approve a Performance Rights Plan and Termination Benefits Plan without being disclosed of the legal issues that were already in play but Shareholders were unaware of.
IMO these 2021 AGM Agenda Items and Voting were undertaken without Shareholders being fully informed and disclosed of the legal actions in progress at the time.....which had they been disclosed may have altered shareholder voting and resulting in the Resolutions failing.
This needs to be brought up at this years AGM for comment from the BoD and specifically the Chairman John Clarke whose role it is to ensure Corporate Governance is squeaky clean in accordance with the Policy![]()
Sorry incorrect.
No im in Melb. Will be doing the online attendance though.Exactly thanks for that. Are you going to agm
Hey money
Off topic i know, but curious to know why FFX is in suspension ?
Care to share ?
MB .... actually FFX are not insolvent. The JV that holds the project is insolvent of which FFX own 80%. FFX were not able to find fresh capital to throw at the project so have turned the tap off to stop the bleed. FFX have about $40mil cash and 20% of LLL, so FFX itself is not insolvent, just writing off their investment in the JV which still hurts but not terminal so they will live and come back from suspension maybe when they find a new project and change their constitution. Might be a while yet. Im not a holder of FFX btw.The fuckers didn’t realise how much it costs to run one of the world’s biggest gold mines and couldn’t raise capital so they are now insolvent: meaning - liquidation, voluntary administration or receivership.
And AVZ holder’s think AVZ has got troubles
Fuck Me…. But I no complain
Nah it'll be juicy, akin to some thrashy American reality tv show hahaha. All other ones will probably be real mundane after thisDam pity your first corporate. And its going to be this shit show. Cheers

Yup thats what im saying...this 1.2km section of CDL is the current exploration target and so is included and retained in the southern section of the split 13359. The part of CDL which is mainly only mapped north of Section 22200 looks to be carved out and included in the now contested northern section. The length of the northern section outside of AVZ exploration target is circa 75% the total mapped length of CDL.I’m pretty sure that’s still in the section delineated as ours Chilla. I think it’s shown in the maps in the ASX announcements I posted before my last post
But I have to apologise, I’m not going back to look for it, I’m taking some time off

Everyone agree? - any snippets can easily be shared by the private message service available on here. (the envelope)
CDL 5.5km in length as mapped by AVZ.
Now the important thing is not to share NZ's RS here, send it to MB, Jag and other ( to me there are many) respected and trusted members directly and they can private message it to those they think are trustworthy.
