The way this company leaves everything to the 11th hour means they are either,
(1) incredibly strategic
or
(2) totally disorganised!!

@Der Geist, I have a few comments on your earlier post:
I think the RCCM record being ignored in their commentary simply reflects their view that the sale was illegal
If Nigel did the Patterson CR to crush the market price in order to see Cong off on two fronts (sign options agreements and sell his 240mill AVZ shares), then good on him I say. He seems to have also taken a decision to 'control' the CR on his terms, and not remain particularly tied to Airhead and Klaus. Cong never filed a change in SSH notice either but thats not surprising I guess. I think you're probably right in saying Cong is mightily pissed off, especially if Nigel did get 'one over him', but thats business isn't it?
Would like to hear your conspiracy theories on Hughes.

Nope, Cong’s beneficiaries were exiting likely because of change of government - elections Kabila exited from. But yes seeing the share price down helps, but it was already down at 7cps. Klaus would have said the markets are cooked to his mate.
I think it’s more that AVZ had no choice with Patterson’s it was case of do or die. To say it was designed to benefit shareholders is um….

Who is this Marius Mihigo guy again, I think someone said he's a consultant for AVZ, but does anyone know in what regard, what his background is?
Is he liason between the Government and us? Are we paying him? What is he doing for us exactly?

It looks like it's just not including the live price, it doesn't let you add it to the your cart and shows an 'unable to fetch live price' error.
My guess is that's their markup which would normally have the live price added to it automatically

Another Q for you @JAG, if this is not pooh-poohed in the presentation - can you confirm the suggested date of the next ICC hearing is May 23, as suggested in the Asian media (twice)
