I'm going for 9th September we are back on market.

Either a TO offer (we have BFS so it would need to be valued off that) or more likely we sorted out the shit an hopefully agreed with DRC and CATL so come out with 61-66% and CATL 24%.

Of course this is in expedited DRC time so fingers crossed.

Well they dont view a $3 takeover offer as a positive outcome as its worth so much more to us to develop an hold onto the new BHP
