[Remark]

On the February statement it says Nigel Ferguson AND Ridgeback Holdings 51 million shares.
On the latest statement it says Ridgeback Holdings 37 million shares

No 20 on the list is HSBC Custody Nominees with 17 million shares.

Isn't it possible that Nigel has 2 accounts and account no 2 has 14 million shares and not on the list?
From what I can remember of a while back they were recorded as seperate items.

I think that's the most likely reason for the change.

Yes possibly the Automic Registry is Different because of that reason.

It is not unusual, I have 2 holdings, 1 in my super account and 1 in my private account.

If the Atomic list would go to top 10000 holders, I probably would be able to see both.

However on the company list I would say they added them together and it explains the different names.

For the record I think the announcement tomorrow (assuming the rumour to be correct) will simply be another extension to the suspension with no details....unfortunately

The TIA requires no announcement as the date attached to that extension was 31 July

I think we're going to be in the dark still for the duration of July

The Offical AVZ top 20 released in Feb 22 includes Ridgeback Holdings and Nigel Ferguson COMBINED.

In early January 2022, AVZ commenced trading its ordinary shares on the OTCQX Best Market under the ticker symbol “AZZVF”.

On 13 January 2022, the Company issued 10,440,000 fully paid ordinary shares to employees, consultants and directors of the Company following the vesting of Performance Rights.
