Pay him the 20mill. We get 24% back. (I know, we don’t have it right now)

That 24% will be worth multiples if things fall into place. Another tail wagging the dog in the stand-off?

Suggest everyone start posting on x and tag global lithium. Geoff Jones has decided he wants to make a good buck out of this and the scumbag he is needs to be called out!!

I’ve posted a few times on global lithium suggest everyone else does as well. Not sure a non exec chairman should be doing side quests to screw aus investors. Make his life hell

Some interesting stuff about Geoff Jones Non-Executive Chair of Global Lithium Resources and partner of carrot dick...

Mr Jones is currently the Chief Executive Officer of engineering and construction company, MACA Interquip, a Non-Executive Director of base metals exploration company, Rumble Resources Ltd (ASX: RTR), and Non-Executive Chairman of gold exploration company Ausgold Ltd (ASX: AUC). Between 2013-2023, he was the Managing Director of engineering consulting and contracting company, GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG), a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. In this role, Mr Jones led the delivery of a number of major mining projects, including the Thunderbird Minerals Sands Project, Nova Nickel Project and Mt Morgans Gold Project. Prior to this, Geoff was Group Project Engineer for Resolute Mining Limited where he was responsible for the development of its mining projects in Australia, Ghana and Tanzania.

Maybe we all can remember GR Engineering Services Ltd was the company who did the Feasibility study for AVZ, so dear Geoff has highly likely
a couple of thumb drives full with info about AVZ and Manono.

Strange how people move around.

My concern is having Pei anywhere near AVZ, because I don't trust him and his associates as far as I can throw them and would love to see him out of the equation the way this looks at this moment.
Fair comment. Wolf in sheep’s clothing..

There's a bit of a pattern forming of ex associates of AVZ sticking the knife in.

Langford, Eckhoff, Math, Huljich, Eastwood, now Jones

I find it quite odd 🤔

Because the Chinese are so good at promising the moon. Skilled at making grand promises, offering things that are, in reality, impossible to deliver.

I'm happy to say I haven't lost much (actually did very well out of AVZ early) but it's hard to squirrel away with interest rates going up, a new baby and Mr Pei trying to fuck us all over!!
I hear whispers of blue sky's, so maybe there's a chance!! 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Tommy the turd update in the afr this morning.

AVZ gets 1¢ per share takeover bid

Tom Richardson
Share post

The board of struggling lithium exploration company AVZ has recommended its institutional shareholders reject a 1¢ per share takeover bid from Resource Capital Investments.

AVZ’s board said the offer is an attempt to control what is potentially the world’s largest lithium deposit in the Democratic Republic of Congo, without paying fair value to shareholders.

The explorer delisted in May and delivered one of the largest sharemarket wipeouts in history, after 21,000 retail shareholders lost $2.8 billion in paper wealth tied up in the shares that last traded on the ASX in May 2022 for 78¢.

it’s amazing how the fuckwitts the ccp hire to attempt to steal our shit are really bad at their jobs! It must be hard to get staff to be willing to corrupt their reputations and destroy themselves just to do dodgy deals.
