AVZ Discussion 2022

For what its worth, a takeover of AVZ by a Chinese company is not likely be permitted because it needs to be approved by the FIRB - so it would be interesting to see how that works.

The 20% + ownership would need to be in AVZ, not a culmination of both AVZ & Dathcom holdings - this is what I would speculate -

I believe others would have more of an idea than me on here.

20% or above I believe they can block and asset purchase/take over attempt / which they would do in a heartbeat. Don’t want Carrick profiting if this thing gets taken out either considering he owns zero shares currently

In a timely manner.. Somebody has entered "Imminent" into a thesaurus to try and avoid that word.

It's been 6 years and we haven't heard a peep from the DRC on AVZ, anything shorter than a year would be timely.

Let's be clear - there is only ONE motivation for these cunts to try and get a foothold in AVZ, and that is to roll the current BoD, replace them with muppets and hand the PROJECT to Zijin. They need more support than what they controlled at the AGM - it's not going to come from us so-called rusted on shareholders, so they need to get more shares into their control before they would have the confidence to try that again

1 cent just shows they don't have the funds, and this will be a complete flop. The Fat Tail court case to roll the Directors seems to have withered on the vine, so they try another angle - LOL

China will NEVER be able to make a Takeover for AVZ directly, and given the way these Arbitrations appear to be land sliding in our favour at every step, the only option open to China Inc is to control governance (or keep up the corruption in DRC, which is being more exposed than ever and is probably at the end of it's useful life in our particular case)

Why give our detractors more to work with if we don’t have to ? Silence kills their ability to find angles to penetrate and in the absence of liquidity/delisted does it really matter?

This is no longer a standard publically traded endeavour sadly

I don't think for one minute that AVZ would have been 'happy' with having to update activities, but they couldn't just let this scam sit there without comment. As Cumquat says it does feed information to our enemies, but it would suggest to me that, on the basis he HAS updated at a minimalist level of detail, progress is a lot further advanced on those two fronts - MOU and 'value realisation' and so perhaps they aren't too worried about feeding the backline some ball

Lastly, I would suggest the dance with Locke is actually the tail wagging the dog

Just my ponderings

and hello to the voyeurs 👋👋

Might be a bit of confusion with some of the calculations. The Project % that we have (Legally 75% currently) and shares in the company AVZ are two different things. If Pei bought all our shares in AVZ, AVZ still owns 75% of the project.
If the CATH deal goes ahead AVZ would own majority (75-24) 51% of the project.

Hey guys, a shout out to those who dug deep to expose this scam very quickly. Well done, great research in the right places

I had written it off as a scam of some sort - never-the-less, there was a LOT more to it and in 30/40 minutes, our squirrels had sussed the cunts out.

GREAT WORK

Pay him the 20mill. We get 24% back. (I know, we don’t have it right now)

That 24% will be worth multiples if things fall into place. Another tail wagging the dog in the stand-off?

Some interesting stuff about Geoff Jones Non-Executive Chair of Global Lithium Resources and partner of carrot dick...

Mr Jones is currently the Chief Executive Officer of engineering and construction company, MACA Interquip, a Non-Executive Director of base metals exploration company, Rumble Resources Ltd (ASX: RTR), and Non-Executive Chairman of gold exploration company Ausgold Ltd (ASX: AUC). Between 2013-2023, he was the Managing Director of engineering consulting and contracting company, GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG), a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. In this role, Mr Jones led the delivery of a number of major mining projects, including the Thunderbird Minerals Sands Project, Nova Nickel Project and Mt Morgans Gold Project. Prior to this, Geoff was Group Project Engineer for Resolute Mining Limited where he was responsible for the development of its mining projects in Australia, Ghana and Tanzania.

Maybe we all can remember GR Engineering Services Ltd was the company who did the Feasibility study for AVZ, so dear Geoff has highly likely
a couple of thumb drives full with info about AVZ and Manono.

Strange how people move around.

My concern is having Pei anywhere near AVZ, because I don't trust him and his associates as far as I can throw them and would love to see him out of the equation the way this looks at this moment.
Fair comment. Wolf in sheep’s clothing..

There's a bit of a pattern forming of ex associates of AVZ sticking the knife in.

Langford, Eckhoff, Math, Huljich, Eastwood, now Jones

I find it quite odd 🤔

Because the Chinese are so good at promising the moon. Skilled at making grand promises, offering things that are, in reality, impossible to deliver.
