This could be the Geoff Jones:

Global Lithium:

Geoff Jones

Non-Executive Chair
Mr Jones is a civil engineer with more than 35 years’ experience in engineering, project delivery and management in minerals processing and civil engineering, both in Australia and internationally.

Mr Jones is currently the Chief Executive Officer of engineering and construction company, MACA Interquip, a Non-Executive Director of base metals exploration company, Rumble Resources Ltd (ASX: RTR), and Non-Executive Chairman of gold exploration company Ausgold Ltd (ASX: AUC). Between 2013-2023, he was the Managing Director of engineering consulting and contracting company, GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG), a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. In this role, Mr Jones led the delivery of a number of major mining projects, including the Thunderbird Minerals Sands Project, Nova Nickel Project and Mt Morgans Gold Project. Prior to this, Geoff was Group Project Engineer for Resolute Mining Limited where he was responsible for the development of its mining projects in Australia, Ghana and Tanzania.

Mr Jones’ extensive experience will be invaluable for GL1 as the Company continues development of the Manna Lithium Project through the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) and towards a planned Final Investment Decision (FID) in CY2024.

Just gugled the name and came up with this.
Global lithium is in West Perth and Geoff is probably member of the West Perth/Subi coffee club.
WOW! Global lithium is linked to Mr Pei & CATH.

Kicking goals Tomass, kicking goals….
With headlines like this you’ll be head hunted to write for the Motley fool in no time.

Ironically, the only time I’ve seen returns of that scale is on a little ol lithium mine in the big bad DRC.

I can't understand why people would sell their shares held in a super fund for 1c. Your super is a long term investment for retirement. The proceed from sale is so little with a price 1c and almost like a write-off as for myself. I would just wait on and ride to the end. I think the TO offer is just a desperation and not effective for any motive.
Best of luck everyone.

Correct unless they made massive amounts elsewhere but it still doesn’t make sense to me selling at 1c wtf 😬

Yup, so we know now who is financing it, Peiboy and not carrotdick.
Carrotdick and jonesclown are simply figure heads to make it look good for the Australian Government.

The Chinese are simply attempting another way to fuk AVZ over, so they are clearly not convinced they will get anywhere the legal way, otherwise why bother?
Fark it's tiring! 😵‍💫

Sell the shares to your children and hopefully it would be a big house deposit in one day.

So say Pei is behind the Resource Capital Investment deal....

If AVZ is successful with the Dathomir deal, which seems to look highly likely, AVZ owns 75% of Dathcom.

If Pei can get his grubby hands on the 20% of AVZ with his 1 AUD cents offer, he can essentially increase his holding of Dathcom from 24% to (20% of 75% = 15%) to 24% + 15% = 39% and leaves AVZ with 75% - 39% = 36% of Dathcom and this for less than US$ 4,500.
And Pei did not have to get his super abacus out to calculate this, he could have worked this out on the back of his left hand.
No reason to get excited over the BOD, that's just noise.

Just my observation.
Surely Nigel realizes now Pei/CATH is his enemy ? Is he going to need to raise an extra $20mil to give these pricks the flick ?

AVZ would still hold 75% of Dathcom, Pei would only have an increase in the amount of AVZ shares he owned. There are plenty of shareholders on TSE who would scoop up any shares for multiples of the price of the current offer
