Agreed but I think if this zijin crap gets denied we’ll end up with 61% and Gov 15% free carried. Just from the way Nigel spoke about getting 10-15% more in one of his last interviews.
At this stage I just want someone to come out and say the current pre CATH is locked and loaded at 75%!! At least then we know we are majority SH regardless of what the underhanded pricks get

If it turns out that management have been misleading in any way or the the DRC allows the underhanded tactics of zigin to acquire any sort of percentage I'll be moving along.

Can't see it happening after IGF report. It literally will be a suicide for DRC government to allow Z to get any chunk of Manono after their own government agency investigated it and reported fraud.

We by all accounts by now should be celebrating the ML, CATH investment, BFS, FID, and maybe even full finance
Some may postulate that any one of those are share price catalysts….a bit of handy derisking too.

If the DRC govt ends up with 15% would they be free carried for the 10% (as previously agreed) and have to stump up cash for the advancement of the project for the additional 5%????

The only EV I'm interested in is the 2-wheeled variety. These things are great, but cost more than many of the cars I've owned. My economical fuel efficient car is a 4L turbo falcon. They just get worse from there...
