If Felix were to sack everyone that were corrupt then there would be no mining board left and as a consequence no Avz either. Keep in mind we had serious corruption in two of our police forces right up to the Royal Commission. Many were told to resign or face the consequences, if they all resigned at that point then we would have had not police forces. So not an easy solution as you would have us believe. I place you in the same category as a naive investor i.e a fool. Now leave it to the best bod on the asx to get us through this difficult period because your opinions are irrelevant.
What an absolute tosser you are.

All recent rumoured progress has obviously excluded CKK . He hates us and AVZ refuse to engage with him (for months now) . So what was the purpose of last night's outburst ? Was it an attempt to influence the MMGA ? The MMGA obviously benefits him . Now hours after his rant MMGA ramp things up on the bird

There is no legal way for them to call for a vote now - it's either AGM or EGM. Would a bush lawyer confirm that please

Relax and breathe - actually, I'll change my pink floyd song to that
Iam certainaly no corporate guru but iam sure would be a minimum of 2 months re a EGM so they just talkin shit as AGM will be before any possible EGM even if they got the numbers
Re voting iam not sure why anyone would engage a proxy when all you gotta do is vote online...completely simple. I hold a fair few shares here and will definitely vote a big fat no to the MMGA clowns. My concern here is that there are many small shareholders who have long ago written off AVZ and moved on ie they dont follow any of the forums and have no interest in voting. The less total shareholders voting on the resolutions gives MMGA a leg up on a pro rata basis. My brother in law who i think threw about $40 k at this is a classic example. He runs whale watching charters in remote location and rarely checks on the forums or AVZ website. I will definitely be giving him the heads up and making sure he votes.
I know at least another half dozen people with small holdings who unless they get some encouragement and a heads up on the real situation will not bother voting
I reckon the best thing we can all do is 1) Vote no to the clowns from MMGA and 2) Encourage any small holders you know to do the same
Either Bags or Carlos mentioned some time ago that the vote will be a lot closer than most of us think so really important to get as many crew as possible on board

I think it might have been Carlos. I don’t think it will be that close, however I agree with everything you say and I certainly wouldn’t be leaving it to chance or up to others.

The Chinese backed nominees are desperately trying to get votes, and we should all be voting. I’ll be contacting anyone I talked to about buying when we get the AGM notice.

These stooges are trying to get shareholders brainwashed (support-votes) via their deceptive articles and social media posts ahead of an announcement regarding the AGM…. because AVZ will most likely advise shareholders how to vote

Cheers mate. Over the journey many people on here have lamented the fact that we as ordinary shareholders have no way of helping our situation. Well this whole MMGA bullshit is the perfect way for us small holders to really make a difference. Obviously there is no way we can do anything about that f..kn snake Celestin but we sure as shit can help to stop these slimy MMGA crabs from getting a toehold in our company

Something interesting posted on X by ASX Bots. If as claimed by that dick Celestine that AVZ (Dathcom) are out of the picture then why the faark are these MMGA crabs tryin to get on the AVZ board ???????

Just a suggestion,

We can make a video tutorlial on how to vote. starting from how to register if not already register. And how to navigate to the webpage etc.

Then there is no excuse for anyone, we can pin the tutorial somewhere everyone can have easy access or can send the link to anyone who wants to know how to vote?

I am happy to make tutorial and will have @TDITD's voice over as a story teller.
I'll pay extra if TITS does it in a Snoop Dogg voice over.

Time to stand up people, voting No is an active way to help mitigate this latest strategy.

With respect I don’t agree with the suggestion they are working together. I think they are leveraging off his lies, knowing full well they are lies, and it simply suits the Chinese agenda. The Chinese are totally silent in all this, preferring to speak through puppets, muppets and complete clowns.

Appreciate the info of how to join Automic for online votes. Its a litte bit of dicking round but no more than 7-10 minutes to register and set everything up. (Just find your SRN/HIN before you try is my hot tip, took a bit of digging up, on my Comsecc share purchase forms it gave 8 numbers for the HIN but you actually need to to put "X00" before that to make the HIN11 digits).
Have been in shares for 15-20 years and never bothered with the paper forms in the mail, thinking "what does my small vote count". I will be allocating my full 585,000 votes to NO given unfortunately i cant attend this year's AGM again due to a family wedding, what a f*ing difference it will be to last year's...
CKK and co, seriously , what a Bunch of absolute c**ts.

That's a lot of votes even though total % wise it looks small, it's quite big when you consider that a HUGE percentage of AVZ ownership is made up of retail with a large collection of small percentages, most with less than you have.
Even the BIG dogs have only like 1-2% of shares on issue.

It's the shit tons of 0.05% to 0.5% owners that make up the majority, and that's you, and me and most here.
It's our votes collectively that matter big time.
And that's why it's so important to vote!

If I don't vote, doesn't it default to the chairman to exercise as he sees fit?

Just get it done Nige FFS.
That’s certainly my understanding Skar.

If anyone thinks otherwise please correct me.

[edit: Apologies, I was wrong, you need to appoint a proxy to have the Chair cast a vote on your behalf]

Christian Lukusa is Chairing the panel discussion tonight at 8:40pm AEST

Adele Kahinda Mayina (MoP) and Nicolas Kazadi (Minister of Finance) will be speaking on…. How do we attract and de-risk foreign investment (No laughing please)

Olivier Mwenze (Minister of Hydraulic Resources and Electricity) will be speaking on…. How to guarantee electricity supply

@Xerof has been sent back to New Zealand and barred from future cocktail events after making his standard strength margaritas and giving them to Kibeya who in turn embarrassed the DRC and became the laughing stock of the event

Looking forward to hearing Christian Lukusa’s post event commentary
