I’ll be definitely there … missed ShitShow & AGM due to ill health but be nice to catch up with a few of our TSE posters …we have to organise a early catch up /drink …man bags optionalWhat you say is on the ' money " as per usual and i hope you didnt misinterpret , i 100% support our bod and know they are fighting hard for their shareholders rights, but NF has a annoying habit of " over promising and under delivering" , so once again, like i did last year, will be asking the tough questions and being a " pest " in the quest to gleen what is the true reality of where AVZ is at.........we all deserve to know, not be strung along with false hope as per last year AGM ....
Having endured multiple extended suspensions in the past which ultimately resulted in complete loss of capital, my experience tells me , BODs tend to express / confirm what you want them to say, but then the reality later on is a complete 180......
I sincerely hope this upcoming AGM is different, with all cards put on the table with honesty and integrity.
So in conclusion, i think its time to open up another thread or find and continue with the old one.......
QUESTIONS TO ASK AVZ BOD ...........AGM 2023
I am hoping you and many others will lend a hand to compile those questions and also hoping that alot more posters on this forum will attend the AGM unlike last year when it was just a gang of three, @Scoota30 , @tonster66 and myself.
So i ask , who from WA or from the eastern states is coming to support our fight, for our rights ?
Cause November 23 , 2023 is the ultimate pitch fork in the road for AVZ future....
imo
You've got a fly on your nose TDITD, let me help ya...

No mate, no transcripts but here is a start, surely there'd be an AI out there that can do this via the audio?,Has anyone got a transcript of what CKK is saying on that audio tape? I wan't verbatim dialogue with umms and ahs and all.
JMTI would say start a clean thread, but I would also say, don't populate it with any questions until early November as events may well make current questions totally irrelevant

Shit …Bags is the one im worried about ..it could go either way
in addition to Carlpos' notes the $15bn was for African projects... not just DRC@Carlos Danger
You could also say that the USA would not be pledging to invest $15B (? please correct me here if i'm wrong) into the DRC mining sector if the AVZ resolution was not close.
totally more speculation and dot joining here by me.
Totally agree.I also think an important question to ask, "If I select the chair as a proxy, which way would they vote?" What if the chair or a proxy used your vote to vote for new directors?
Yeah I looked into that but most are paid AI services. And I am in severe pain cos of my back currently so dont have the concentration to get it done but I did want to create a CCK bit of content with it.No mate, no transcripts but here is a start, surely there'd be an AI out there that can do this via the audio?,

yep, reads like that azzlerI think MMGA and cohorts are going to try to call an EGM.
Check out todays efforts by them on Twitter.
They've definitely kicked it up a notch.yep, reads like that azzler
of course, they might also be pissing in the wind.... they'll try and say anything about now to distract.... dont reckon they'd tell us straight up if they were going to... who knows... as much as they're scumbags, they have to try and appear not to be scumbags...
Just a suggestion,To be honest X, I don’t know if Mupande still has anything to do with the VUKA GROUP but my guess is no, and any role between them and CAMI would now be taken up the new DG of CAMI
I’ll tell you what surprises me though, is the shareholders who don’t seem to understand how clear instructions are and how easy it is to vote online before an AGM.
Even though some shareholders probably just tear up the letter they receive in the mail or don’t read it if it comes by email, the process is clear and easy to follow and this year it’s more important to vote because of the corrupt Chinese puppet nominees that are trying to usurp us.
When I get my letter (or email) I’ll post instructions here…. For those who haven’t voted before, you’ll be surprised how easy it is
