Just googled Okapi and found this article by Stockhead from May 2018 that has some interesting quotes. Especially considering Klaus had already dumped a quarter of his AVZ shares in September 2017 and got rid of half the rest in June 2018.Yeah pretty sure he’s really wrapped up with klaus and all of Klaus BS..

Political risk in the Congo is worth it for geological potential, says miner Klaus Eckhof
Special report: While other explorers shy away from challenging political circumstances in the Congo, well-known mining exec Klaus Eckhof says the area’s geological potential is worth the risk.
Mr Eckhof and fellow exec Nigel Ferguson have been working in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for more than 15 years – developing excellent relationships with the local community and all levels of government.
These days the pair is best-known for their parts in market darling AVZ Minerals (ASX:AVZ). But they have multiple base metal and gold plays in the works – the newest of which is Okapi Minerals (ASX:OKR).
“People talk about political risk in Africa, but the truth is that there is a much lower geological risk,” Eckhof told Stockhead.
The prospect of mining tax increases and seizure from its local partner has scared some investors, but ever-calm Mr Eckhof says it is nothing new.
“Political risk has never been an issue for us — it is the same risk wherever you go. Even in Alaska you can run the risk of losing your licence too,” he told Stockhead.
The duo say they have additional large scale projects under review, sourced from their large network of contacts within Africa.
Well looks like I was right afterall about the chinese influence. Never did trust the buggers. Go back to china Leonard and while you're about it use your proper chinese name instead of hiding behind an anglised name.
Based on what? Perhaps don't rely on a single source, unsubstantiated report to say things like this and denigrate someone you dont know in such a manner, until there's some clarity on this allegation.
What was the source to suggest the connection?

There is no automatic delisting rule. The ASX got rid of it years ago. It is now at their discretion if a company is removed. As long as we still have cash in the bank at that point nothing will happen considering our unique treatment so far imo
