AVZ Discussion 2022

Here is a crazy thought...what's stopping AVZ shareholders taking action where the IGF cannot and serving papers on the MoP to appear in the courts of the ICC in Australia

https://www.australianchamber.com.au/membership/international-chamber-of-commerce-australia/

For commercial fraud, crimes against AVZ shareholders. (as per the illegal activities detailed in the IGF report)

Just saying. 😁

But wouldn't that be fun. 😂

I'm not lawyer, but every man in his dog can take whoever to court in the US and other jurisdictions, maybe it's worth exploring for amusement.

Cheers The Fox 🦊
Only one problem with that mate. Avz share holders can't afford the lawyers. As the money is being spent on lawyers in Paris.

Fuck, between songs and prayers, I spend all my time giving ❤️ to legend Jonnno on the bird, but it's hard to keep up with his new posts. Is he the only Congolese who 'gets' it though? All the other cunts want to 'renegotiate', against their own mining code and laws, and after the fact

I've asked my leader, through prayer, to strike a select group of people down by lightening

Hallelujah, (Jeff Buckley version)
Yeah this is doing my head in it keeps popping up with the congolese.
I recon Zijin has stirred that pot, just another thing to delay us.

Every congolese I've engaged with in regards to it seems to be satiated when I've explained what (I think) I know. Or at the very lease has nothing to come back with once I've stated some facts and reasoning.

Some talk about the apparent gift to Dathomir. Ok, what's that got to do with AVZ? Go after Dathomir and Comminiere then.

But when they talk about the value of Manono now vs what AVZ payed for 60% and cry out like we ripped them off, it just makes me want to tear my hair out, and I feel like I'm explaining shit to 6 year olds. Fucking mental really.

One of the shareholders in a group I keep in touch with privately sent us this today

I haven’t looked into JC Muyambo but my opinion is it’s time for our shareholders on Twitter to contact him and offer him support and information on our situation….

During a press briefing held this Friday in Lubumbashi, capital of Haut-Katanga province, the president of the Congolese Solidarity for Democracy (SCODE) political party expressed his sadness following the regression of the situation. sociopolitics in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

According to him, Felix Tshisekedi failed to do better than his predecessor, Kabila

JC Muyambo: “We had a lot of hope that F. Tshisekedi would change things but in 4 years, he is worse than Kabila”

Even the periods of Mobutu, Mzée Kabila and Kabila the son, we have never known such a dear life. Kabila has become even well,” he said.

And to add, during the next elections, the objective is to remove Felix Tshisekedi from power.

“We have a single objective to ensure that in December 2023, Félix Tshisekedi must be erased and that he leaves power”

But we too have estimated that by then, we will keep you informed of the electoral platform so that we get together with other candidates to oust Mr. Tshisekedi from power,” he said.

On a separate matter…. recently the IMF was in Kinshasa assessing the DRC government’s economic program and discussing the extended credit facility as well as discussing the mining sector and sector reforms

Seems to me this may be the reason the govt didn’t want any bad press (via Twitter) on their minister’s and the corruption around Cominiere, CKK, Zijin and Cong

Hopefully someone here or on Twitter may use this information to help our cause in the DRC…. Seems the majority of shareholders who look at tse sit back and just allow others to try and support our cause

If that's true then pretty fked.

Reminds me of the period between I think November and February where it was quiet and everyone thought that the final negotiations were occurring, especially with some bad actors being jailed/interviewed. Then we got hit with the ministerial decree being cancelled and mgmt knowing nothing and being exposed that not much was indeed going on.

Hoping not the same situation here and that discussions are actually happening.

@Misfits

It wouldn’t hurt if the info was posted there in a respectful way

I’ve found lots of information on DRC mining law but eventually it gets lost in the pile so don’t know if it’s in this link (below) or not but I read somewhere that Tshisekedi has the overall authority to order the granting of our ML, so the fact he won’t speaks about his position.

Everything else I read points to the fact that since he realised how much this project is worth (thanks to our DFS, further drill results and CATH offer) he now wants more ownership and control through Cominiere.

Don’t know why more attention hasn’t been drawn to the fact that CATH offered us $240 million for 24% and Zijin offered Cominiere $33 million for 15%

Their fucken greed is regurgitating after the fact that AVZ spent all the money and did all the work to prove Manono would be successful.

I definitely think it should be on twitter and we should support JC Muyambo, it’s just that it has to be done factually and respectfully…. and respectfully is starting to get a bit fucken hard for me to do

@MoneyBags1348

Whilst I tend to agree with your statement regarding FT's lack of action, and alternative plans etc, unless I got instruction/recommendation from someone directly involved at the highest level of AVZ (haha, the irony), IMO, this isn't the time to start attacking FT.

If I were to give a start date for attacking him and his ministers, it would be in 6 weeks from now.....don't ask......

sorry to sound like a deBoss statement, lol

Yes mate a whole 2.5 years worth of bulshit. Have you heard the one about working closely and having a strong relationship with the upper echelons of government. Yes the nige Yes well done.
It was these kind of assurances that i relied on in making the choice to invest in AVZ.

That someone gives you a warm handshake and friendly smile when you meet them does not mean the relationship can be counted on in our hour of need. Nigel mistook cordial for trustworthy and dependable IMO.

My view is that us shareholders should stay away from expressing DRC political views* as we run the risk of alienating the people we need in our corner.

*I may have a different view if we are still in the shitshow for a few more months.

What the fuck guys.
You want to tag AVZ in with a political move to remove the President from power, during a time where we need them to be on our side?
Did you just have a fucking stroke or something?

Done respectfully

Is there any chance you could please remove these tweets?

In the DRC the party running/controlling the election has a high chance of winning. Aligning AVZ with a different political movement may not be the best idea.
