My stuff was related to this, fucking brilliant stuff from BOD this time around, nipping it in the butt straight away.
No shenanigans, straight to the ICC.

Remember Cominiere is 90% DRC owned and those politicians running the country have known about all this ever since they found out how much the project was worth thanks to the DFS and the agreement with CATH
Every time I read or hear anything about these corrupt actors it just makes me want to expose all their corruption to the world
Been on here too long already this morning, but will start putting the info on the corruption in the DRC together in a methodical way this week

I have it on good authority that it is because of a 'schedule conflict with the arbitrator'. He is apparently unavaible this week but didn't get specifics. Next opening for him is July.

I assume that AVZ has ascribed a multi-billion dollar value to its 15% of Dathcom in dispute, plus the opportunity cost of unnecessarily and corruptly delaying the project. That'll make them sit up and take notice.

remedies for the breaches by Cominière of its obligations under the joint venture
agreement dated 27 January 2017...
I assume that AVZ has ascribed a multi-billion dollar value to its 15% of Dathcom in dispute, plus the opportunity cost of unnecessarily and corruptly delaying the project. That'll make them sit up and take notice.

Am I the only one who expected it to be postponed ? I don't know sh1t about how these things are run , but I told my Sister( also a SH ) months ago that the ICC case would be delayed .And they expect us to believe it's an issue with the arbitrator . Yeh right . Lets see what happens in July . Zijin lawyer comes down with Covid . It's all BS . Classic Chinese stall tactics .Just give us the ML FFS.

Actually, 'they‘ (ZJ + AVZ) didn't need us to believe anything, they just told us its delayed. You don't have to believe what i have said, it doesn't impact the fact that it has been postponed to July.
I'm not doubting that's the info you received and I appreciate what you pass on . I'm just saying it smells like BS . BS with a cherry on top. Anyway AVZ have told SH the ICC cases have nothing to do with us being awarded the ML . Just got convince a bunch of Criminals to hand it over .
Absolutely no government support for us …. The reality is completely the opposite to continual AVZ claims of ‘high government support’.
The corrupt state players, cominiere and Zijin are simply playing the game and delaying every step
Holy grail for them is:
-> AVZ to run out of money and lose the tenement IMO
-> DRC gov will say hey AVZ you have no money well say good bye to your tenement
-> more delays to come from ICC with Dathomir, with Zijin and with Cominiere … IMO more like in my ‘guaranteed’ opinion
-> ICC to run for the next 2-3 years
-> DRC gov won’t step in until AVZ will run out of money
These have been my thoughts for the last 12 months and I haven’t seen anything occur to change them.
This ICC against cominiere should have taken place 12 mths ago….. 12 months lost of precious time and money
Has even 1 piece of positive news or government support been released officially since we have been suspended for 12 months???
Finally why is the company cost cutting??
Maybe reduce staff and take salary hits while we will work through ICC next 2-3years….

@9cardomaha I’ve told the odd story about my mum growing up…. She was a wild eyed Scorpion lady that had all the kids in the street scared.
She used to do the tarot with me and my sister when we were young and if she lost her temper (which seemed to happen a lot with me) she would put the odd curse on whoever it was that caused it.
I was in my teens when I worked out how to put up an invisible mirror at the dinner table to turn the curse back on her…. I learned a lot from mum, don’t practice those techniques now I’m older and learning every day about how karma teaches us to change.

What a fucking shitshow, all this noise again about something positive happening but instead we get this. Hopefully it's not over 12 months again before it even gets started.
It'd be real nice to see AVZ get a difinitive win some time soon because despite all the noise it hasn't really happened in 12 months suspension.
