He's been deeply involved in the corrupt dealings impacting Dathcom. Prior to his role as acting MD given the detainment of his predecessor KIBEYA was Cominiere's Technical Director / Chief Operating Officer. Documentation presented by journalists and civil society actors in 2022 *including minutes of Cominiere board meetings* showed he was one of those involved in orchestrating the Zijin theft of the 15%, for which the deposit has disappeared into various pockets. its believed he was behind the two mysteriously identical yet allegedly independent valuations of the 15% supporting that looting effort by providing documentation undervaluing that in comparison to the DFS data. He's also thought to have existing relations with Zijin through previous links with Kamoa Copper which no doubt helped facilitate their entry into this game - so he should be considered one of the architects of our drama along with the other two Cominiere officials, DG Cami, MOP, etc.

He's also faced accusations over corruption with relation to the United Cominiere / Tantalex case with Eric Allard, with his signature co-signing against various dodgy deeds. Along with other various scandals. He's a corrupt rat through and through and I hope MM does indeed burn him. There's plenty of evidence to support a burning.

Various actors in DRC attempted to have him implicated and imprisoned alongside his Cominiere colleagues regarding the irregular transfer to Zijin without success. Perhaps he feels the walls closing in?

Couple weeks back some guy confidently telling us he will personally get the president to give us the ML.

Don't have any belief with anyone calling them selves Prince or Mr.

Watching JMK's interview with CKK, the body language of JMK was so strong, that poor JMK couldn't hide his feelings of disbelieve and disgust.

I hope, as a real Mr. Journaliste, JMK will dig deeper and uncover the real truth about Cominière's leadership fraudulent dealings and expose CKK for what he really his, a thief, operating under the guise of being a semi government official, stealing from the DRC people.

Corruption and fraud are the real reasons why the majority of the DRC population lives in extreme poverty, without running water and electricity.

To allow these festering problems to continue to exist is a crime on is own.

Looking back at his tweets he does seem to be someone interested in advancing and improving his country and working as a lobyist in this regard.
Acording to Svetlana on twitter, this company is (crypticaly) "L's" company who is a buisness partner of Marius.
Does she mean Landry Maya? I don't know but I cant find a connection between Landry and that company.

All I know is I'd eat a festering dead rat for some GENUINE news as to what the fuck is going on, and where the fuck we stand.

I guess my issue was more around the speed and directness that the ASX took in relation to A11 (it has been an immediate response) whereas I don't think the ASX pushed very hard or demanded disclosure from AVZ in the inital stages when things started to go weird

Just thought the juxtaposition of the two experiences was interesting to note

One where the queries, reponse and clarity has been swift....A11

And one where we really had to scratch around and pull teeth to try and get little scraps of info for a very, very long time.... AVZ

Maybe, I'm seeing something that isn't there but I've long suspected that geopolitics is at play here.,

FT has met Biden on at least two occasions in the last year or so. With Biden's stated aim of getting the US up to speed on critical/ renewable technology minerals I find it difficult to believe the subject has not been deeply discussed by the two.
Make no mistake, this area will have a huge influence on whether US or China is top dog.

FT appears to be clearing the dross, albeit at a glacial pace. Maybe the west is leaving him to get on with it- though I can't believe they're happy with his progress.

As a result, possibly AVZ is 'hands off' for the Australian government until FT finishes his pest control.

That would help explain the gentle ride that ASX is giving AVZ.

That is a very slow news feed if he did indeed visit Manono last week.

And if he did, would BoD have not had it leaked by one of their gimps?

Long time no speak.

Some 'unofficial' news out of the DRC this morning. If the below account is true and President did indeed visit Manono last week, then I'd opine that he wanted to see & hear for himself the real situation at Manono prior to providing a possible presidential order for an ML (for the entirety of PR13359?) to be awarded to Dathcom.

With some clarity from Marius Mihigo plus an election looming, I have a feeling he is close to providing a decision one way or another.

And FWIW, the COO from Cominiere has just dug his own grave IMO by misleading the DRC Govt and stamping it with public comments made via a recent TV interview. https://hotcrapper.com.au/styles/default/xenforo/clear.png
