I just use his words again with the most spotlight on the cancellation part of the license’s not the nothern part. And it looks like the Chinese have learned to hold the drc tight they have to make better deals with it.

The reports about NF at RS and AGM, paint a picture of an incredibly arrogant man.
That is a huge worry as it invariably is a mask for incompetence.
His actions upto now would not contradict that.

I must be less researched and less informed than others posting negative comments! For some reason I am still positive on us achieving a successful outcome and shareholders combining their energy in a positive way helps our cause

On another subject…. How’s the sausage sizzle coming along @John25, it sounds like you’ve got a lot of happy vegetarians coming. Possibly not @TheCount though.

he’s already picking up @Sammael in the Tardis and apparently they’ve made some lovely pickles and homemade brioche bread to take to @JAG’s.

We are picking @Winenut on the way who’s bringing something from the Barossa Valley that he’s assured us goes with lobster I’m just taking my litre bottle of JD and nunchukus.

@BEISHA is bringing his porno’s and photo albums so we can sort out if its actually Graeme in the photo, the only thing we don’t know is if we are picking up Cashy at the casino or the asylum

From what I can see ICC rulings mean fuck all and are not enforceable

I wanted to stay in exile.... but I think all is not lost IF this end up in ICC. (IMO)

In the past similar thing happened between Australian TCC:ASX and Pakistan where Pakistan couldn't honor the contract because of their internal politics (or whatever their reasons were). Case was taken in the High Court of British Virgin Island resulted in TCC's favor. “.... TCC then approached the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) to resolve the dispute,”

And TCC won $5.9 Billion (they sued for $8.5 Billion, some says $16 Billion) . But since Pakistan was/is still struggling with their poor economy, they couldn't pay the money therefore Pakistan foreign assets were frozen including the Roosevelt Hotel, New York owned by the national airlines of Pakistan, PIA.

Eventually Pakistan agreed and negotiated , see below

So, from that precedent, we can only assume that even if DRC cant pay in cash, then they have to pay AVZ in assets/resources, again its my own assessment from the past cases.
