Afternoon Chippers,

See there's chatter over on the main thread about what the unpleasant pluckers are up to..

Below is the daily tallies taken from ASX site ( so probably don't put too much faith in them ).

Regards,
Esq.

Chippers,

Added a little bit extra..

😃.

Personal , fair value per share sits somewhere around $4.75AU

To close out such a large short position pronto , share price I belive would shoot past FAIR VALUE PRICE very quickly then drop back to a logical share price, ie $4.75AU , give or take.

Perhaps, but there’s many scenarios which are all speculative- you could drive yourself crazy seeking an answer to a question which one or many entities will never let you find out.

If this theory was true though, they’re racing the clock. if BRN is what they expect it to be, sooner or later the price will build, destroying their chances of a cheap forced acquisition.

I’m not sure how many shares they’d need to do this, but I expect they are currently way off due to the quantity of SOO.

The short position is a play to accumulate shares. They like accumulated many more shares than shorted will then cover the position with a cross trade and it will not matter on the price.

They obviously will have some added benifit when some sell.

In the end it was basicly no new money being invested in BRN this allowed them to play that game and got new money and lth scared to by more. Obviously some lth do not need to add or want to add.

Basicly slightly more sellers then buyer result I share price drop.

Very few may see value as there is more fear promoted publicly then good. But a read on HC shows the credentials of the MF bashing author on BRN basicly limited credibility when there LinkdIn profile is dissected IMO.

That was posted by DOZ did fabulous research

Morning Robsmark ,

Agree, this is why engaging the services of a forensic financial services firm such as ,

Shareholder Intelligence Services, LLC - ( SHAREINTEL ).
151 Rowayton Avenue. Rowayton, CT 06853
203.838.4200
info@shareintel.com.

Would deffinately expose what is going on together with those behind it , on both sides.

Though a our intrepid leader has stated in the past... share price will do what ..
Easily said when one has not put their hard earned cash on the line.

Not that thay have, but if management turned around and said thay could put say $200k to better use...I call bullshite when thay , management accepted CASH bonuses ontop of salaries etc without blinking an eye.

Esq.

I noticed this MF job add and I was half tempted to apply . Unfortunately I do not reside in the US . What really caught my attention was the $140 USD per published article . This equates to $200 AUD .

I then quickly checked out how many published articles our main man was producing . To my surprise in the last 7 days a grand total of 90 articles appeared from our freelance contributor . Quickly rushing to the calculator and being a little conservative ,
90 x $150 x 46 weeks = $600,000+ . I take my hat off to anyone who is willing to work hard .

I then considered that our freelance contributor may indeed be considered by Australian tax law , an employee . The 80 - 20 tax law is self explanatory . Now unless our freelance contributor has extra time on his hands to generate another $120,000+ based on my assumption above , this could have serious implications . Such as being taxed as a PAYG employee with all the pro’s and con’s and if MF can continue to lay claim of James being a freelance contributor .

I would really appreciate if any of our resident accountants or tax professionals could comment or look into this scenario in detail . Nothing worse than an unsuspecting tax burden and I wouldn’t want to see MF get into any trouble .

Ever since BRN entered the ASX200 , the following algorithmic numbers have dominated and rag dolled our share price .
The 628 in early trade , the 1256 ( double 628 ) and then the 12,562 ( x 10 ) during the closing auction .
These numbers have been directly linked to the broker entrusted to accumulate for the institutions who were required to buy BRN upon entry into the 200 .

Yesterday and in early trade today , there has been no sight of these numbers or the main manipulator .

Did ASIC knock on their door ( I’m laughing ) , or have they finally extracted all the blood from this stone .

Anyone with a short interest or looking for a lower entry point will need to start praying for the return of the 628 , otherwise it looks like our share price is set for a run .
