What site are you using Esq?

The official ASX site.
They update the information at 10:30 am ( Central Standard Time, Australia) give or take.

Great idea, although I would imagine the asx would want a fee if provided to a commercial entity.

I see orders moved on the bid and ask it's being manipulated both ways lol. This is why trading is a challenge if you trade. The volume is low so in my opinion it's signaling a reduced amount of shares for sale but buyers are not rushing in. We need a positive news to move the price up its kinda a stalemate atm. All IMO. Any way my sale price is way north of this anyway lol

It will be extremely interesting to see if the current open short positions contribute to any increase in our share price . It seems that these positions maybe filled via prearranged off market activity . The below graph shows that market manipulation and illegal activity can result in a falling share price even when shorts are covering . If this is indeed the case for our situation , when the time arrives , I just hope that the outrage and disgust from multiple shareholders is expressed in writing to all three governing regulators , the ASX , ASIC and the ACCC . If they don’t get hurt on market or think that they are untouchable , as a collective we simple retail investors must be willing to pursue justice and send a clear message to the big end of town .
Another example of the abuse of short selling provisions is where prices are reduced to artificial or undervalued levels through short selling, and then for exposed open short positions to be covered by activity that avoids price discovery. Research has demonstrated that it is common practice for large short positions to be unwound through off-market adjustments which avoid price discovery, not through the re- purchase of shares through the market.
