If AVZ don’t get some sort of fair value for the North you’d think they would continue the ICC/ICSID proceedings just for the North ( if that’s possible ) regardless of what happens to the South. I’d take 8B for the South and 2B for the North. Zijin can more than afford it. If the DRC will follow their mining code and AVZ wins all the international arbitration....The North will go back to AVZ and Zijin or the DRC have to compensate AVZ respectfully...I would think that Nigel would stay strong about the north..
Indeed - all this talk of Zijin getting the north because they are entrenched is absolutely sickening. Zijin gone, out, f#ck off you're trespassing. Corruption should not be rewarded with a world class asset?
