I have to the Australian Press Council on 14/12 and pretty sure @Winenut has too, God I had a lot more time on my hands when I didn't have to go to work

I think its 145 that the latest ministerial decree is talking about - i have 145 on hand, 147 i am trying to source.

I was thinking that 147 was an error in the tweet and should have said 145 as this number is the decree for issuing the PE.

None of the decrees reference 147.

So Zijin who illegally acquired 15 non existent % in Manono, in collusion with every corrupt arse hole in the DRC, along with Tommy Twothead and the boatman are saying AVZ are responsible for the ministerial decree being revoked...

I'm a few beers deep and just a simple tradie and I took 2 seconds to poke holes in that article I haven't read.
