AVZ Discussion 2022

Yep …good ol Nige gave a hint also at Perth RS either …ML 15th or 17/11 …Forgot the rxact date …its that long ago now 🤔😐

We will find out today or tomorrow. Reshuffle due.
The green witch has been rather quiet lately, sitting on the third row whilst Jules Alingete and Modeste Bahati Lukwebo all taking front row seats.

Alingete tried to take down the green witch in April 2022 without any success, hopefully this time justice will be served.

The pipe of peace all smoked! Adèle Kayinda's correspondence follows an apology presented by the IGF Jules Alingete correcting his disconcerting remarks vis-à-vis the minister of the portfolio. “I have attributions which are recognized to me. I have the nobility...” Follow.

Did management agree to partition or were they hoodwinked?

Where is it documented AVZ management agreed to the partitioning of PR 13359?

Or did CAMI/Mupande do a job on AVZ????

Genuine question
More of a hood winking / partitioning blend is my belief.

Mupande telling AVZ that north and south were being split and issued into Exploitation and Exploration ; AVZ agreeing to this to get shit moving …Mupande reckoned however, he meant north would be reissued as an application for Exploration and AVZ were welcome to reapply…. AJN had already jammed their application through the letterbox faster than one could imagine ….already a preloaded tacked by Klaus and Mupande…AVZ didn’t know, they had been involved in a game of charades ; at that point the handbrake was pulled and trading was suspended and AVZ decided a game of ‘that’s bullshite and here is the mining code’ was next , I assume Mupandes lame angle in this game was , AVZ had already agreed to a variation of the mining code by accepting a spilt …. but they just weren’t listening when Mupande was saying and coughing into his hand at the same time ; ‘open application’.

would appear that limo, the application was likely being dragged out until AJN got itself organised and positioned with the AJN/Congo resources vessel (late April) ; once they were JV’d and positioned ( late April ) CAMI issued approval for signing of decree (Early May) ; AJN likely had their application filled out and just waiting to be sent before their Congo resources JV was completed.

MoP was the the conduit for getting this whole JV across the line ; remember reading an article on the Congo resources arrangement where she said something along the lines -’ AJN were considered by many to be fraudsters , but I carried out my own due diligence 🙄 and considered then fine’

MoP and a crooked version of Mining code is the reason as to where we are.

Where's this reshuffle?...apparently this Friday at the latest they reckoned..... It's already pretty tight on DRC time

Basically what I've been saying as well . If Felix doesn't act then it's Plan B . We don't have until the end of the year .I was told the decision on the ML is close . Not the ML , but a 'Decision' on the ML . Now I would say if the necessary changes are not made within the DRC gov in the very near future then that in of itself is a Decision not to award the ML .
@wombat74 was this decision on ML a decision on the ML as a whole I.e. a grant or total refusal or a decision on the ML as in what it was composed off ? I.e or what’s Carres were to be included … 138 carres for south under ML and balance on northern under Exploration licence / all in north and south / just north . My belief is that AVZ would get a ML ; question just being what was in it

At the Martyrs stadium, Pope Francis launches to young people:
“Reject corruption!

The future of the country is in your hands, said François to the young Congolese and catechists gathered Thursday, February 2 in the Martyrs of Pentecost stadium in Kinshasa, before offering them five ingredients, like the five fingers of the hand, to build the future of the DRC.

“You are a unique, incomparable and incomparable wealth. No one in history can replace you,” Francis first told the more than 65,000 young people and catechists gathered in a stadium that first honored the Holy Father with festive songs and dances.

“You can shake your hand and close it, it becomes a fist: or you can open it and make it available to God and others,” Francis told the crowd, accompanying his remarks with a demonstration by gesture. make the choice of Abel or that of Cain.

For the future to be born in the hands of young people, the Sovereign Pontiff has distilled five ingredients for them, like the five fingers of the hand.

In the DRC, 60% of the population is under 20 years old.

Thumb for prayer

The thumb is the finger closest to the heart, it “corresponds to the prayer that makes life throb”, developed François. Prayer is a fundamental ingredient, “it is like an uprooted tree: even if it is big and vigorous, it cannot stand on its own.”

Prayer is the water of the soul, "it is humble, we do not see it but it gives life."

But this prayer must be alive, specified the successor of Peter to the crowd of a country ravaged by wars: "do not turn to Jesus as if he were a distant and distant being of whom we are afraid, but rather the greatest friend who gave his life for you.

He knows you, he believes in you and loves you, always.”

Every day, Francis invited, we must raise our hands and bless God, “tell him about your neighborhood, your neighbors, your teachers, your companions, your friends and colleagues; of your country.

God loves this living, concrete prayer, made with the heart", he advised, before asking the young people and catechists a question: "Do you want to choose prayer as your secret, as the water of your soul, as the only weapon you have to carry with you, as your daily travel companion?”

With young Congolese, François urges to reject corruption

The future of the country is in your hands, said François to the young Congolese and catechists gathered Thursday, February 2 in the Martyrs of Pentecost stadium in Kinshasa, before offering them five ingredients, like the five fingers of the hand, to build the future of the DRC.

Middle finger for honesty

Next comes the central finger, which rises above the others, as if to remind us of an indispensable thing: honesty.

“It is the fundamental ingredient for a future that meets your expectations”.

The opposite of honesty is corruption, the Pope explained, as the DRC is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, ranking 166 out of 180 countries in Transparency International's Corruption Index.

"All together, we say 'no corruption'," Francis repeated to the crowd, prompting a cheer.

“I like this song, you are good,” he said with a smile, interrupting his speech to let the crowd cheer for several minutes.

There are many young Congolese who oppose the corruption that plagues their country, like the testimony told later by the Pope; that of Floribert Bwana Chui, killed fifteen years ago in Goma at the age of 26 for having blocked the passage of spoiled foodstuffs which would have damaged people's health.

“He could have let it happen, no one would have found out, and he would have won.

But, as a Christian, he prayed, thought of others and chose to be honest by saying no to the filth of corruption,” he said.

“That is keeping your hands clean while the hands that smuggle money are bloody.”

If someone hands out an envelope, "don't fall into the trap, don't let yourself be deceived, don't let yourself be swallowed up in the swamp of evil," Francis insisted, saying "no" with his index finger.

Food for thought, plus a middle finger to Corruption 👆

Let us Pray to the AVZ / Lithium Gods 🙏

All AVZ management had to do was look Mupande in his evil snake eyes and say prove it that Felix wants the tenement split. Then Mupande wouldn't be able to bullshit now about not knowing the correct surface rights to calculate.

I don't blame Felix for having some doubts as to whether AVZ management are the right people to deliver the crown jewel in his battery empire if they aren't able to understand the law properly and are gullible enough to fall for Mupande's tricks.

But the law is on our side and Felix needs this deposit online asap. Soon everything the light touches will be our kingdom. Cause every once in a while, the lion has to show the jackals, who he is imo
The law on our side not when it involves Mupande ?DRC unable to remove him or reluctant to act on him .
What does that say about the Prime Minister and FT

Good Summation
But Mupande fraudulently said it was at the request of the President ?
Which apparently not true.?
So what is FT doing about it.?
Surely it is a crime to use the President name without his approval to do a deal.
Where is the IGF in all of this.?

Neither is Felix T. If he cannot get rid of Mupande.
Strange indeed that after 9 months no action by Prime Minister or Minister of Mines to get Manono into operation ?
If after the reshuffle of ministers If Mupande is still around the board better have a reasonable plan B.

Clearly an offer at least 1.50 will be made. Even @Modo is happy with it so that gives you an indication as to what's coming. As I've said before there is no chance the bod will let themselves be open to class action from investors that lose money by selling below the all time high.

And I'm 100% with them. I'd rather face the unknown of the election than see people that have had to endure this shitshow through no fault of their own get rat fucked by the pre suspension happy talk of management. The bod have indicated to shareholders privately that they would accept 2.00 as it stands and I believe that.

I still think lions gonna lion and all will be well in the pride lands soon. But there is a very fine line between optimism and delusion. Like I said everybody that looks at the situation reasonably has a price between 1.38 and 2.00 if a potential takeover needs to happen.

A fair price for me is 1.88. You know, for luck.

Make it $1.88 then. $6.6bn -

Time is of the essence. Who seriously is ok with having capital tied up for an unknown length of time, potential massive opportunity cost. Not me. There are plenty more fish in the sea I can deploy my capital towards.

Lets say we come out of this suspension with the ML, when does the next road block come along?

Still court cases re ownership. Who is going to give funding with these still in play? Yes AVZ i think are in a good place legally, but they have to be cleared up.

The DRC has shown itself to be a sovereign risk nightmare. Likes of Mupande given the boot but still controlling things! Seriously you can’t make this shit up.

This is an enormous project, which would be a tough gig in most countries, but the DRC as can be seen adds a whole new layer of problems.
I note a few are now admitting Nigel At best was hoodwinked here today.
Does he and the BOD / Exec team really have the skillset to take this right the way to production? Im not convinced anymore, i was, but not anymore.

While i understand a lot here want to see this right through to production and dividends, this is years away, and at the current pace likely going to miss the best years if not careful.

and to think that some posters here use to slag off PLS (shakes head)

That price will only be available mid year if we are still waiting for the ML to be registered

I sympathise with people suffering through financial hardship due to the current situation and think we should have resumed trading a long time ago. But I support management using suspension as a defence against the misinformation and price manipulation tactics seen in the days after the ministerial decree was issued.

Funding won't be an issue imo

The ball is now in the DRC government's court. The problem is clear and patience will wear extremely thin if there is no action taken after the reshuffle.

Nigel and the bod didn't have many problems operating in the DRC when they were spending millions on proving the resource before lithium's price went parabolic. All of the issues began when Klaus realised what an absolute fucking moron he was for selling his shares in AVZ lol

The market needs the product. Once the licence is registered things will happen quickly for whoever's name is on it.

It has administrative autonomy.
Only the authorityin charge can do that according to our laws.
What a joke.
Makes FT fight against corruption look sipid.
According to our laws... What if the authority is proven to be acting illegally???
Do they still have protection of the law.
Hopefully as you say the lion can find enough inner strength to put things right.
