I checked Prophesee's website and found the following,
Reading between the lines, there is no mention of a ready and available solution for OEM's with the Synsense and Prophesee partnership while there is with the partnership between Brainchip and Prophesee.
The Prophesee and Synsense partnership reads like a collaboration for R&D.
