AVZ Discussion 2022

Surely it must get to the point where Nigel gets on the phone to the Tshekidi and just simply asks what the fuck is going on and if he is intending to support AVZ given the weight of evidence pointing to corruption against us. If not we can move forward accordingly (court action). It is just incomprehensible that this has been allowed to go on for so long in such a destitute country. The 'sit back and let justice take its course' approach is like death by a thousand cunts. Neil Young once said "it's better to burn out than to fade away". When does AVZ say enough is enough?

Hi Wombat, I am a german. I heard it the same way as SChemozzel. Klaus stated, that from his knowledge all Licenses have been cancled and a new deal for _Roche Dure_ need to be agreed upon. He did not state CDL. May be he wanted to say CDL and mixed up with Roche dure.

Cheers

Granini
Likely all AJN licences under “Congo resource” had licences hand-breaked for review ; MoP did the weaving to get AJN into the works …. ; you’ll notice the AJN didn’t jump on 15383 under the Congo resources banner … pretty odd

Roche Dure I.e Dathcom JV is what he’s most likely talking about , likely to come under a rearrangement… we’ve heard about additional 5% to DRC before.

Klaus reckons AJN will definitely get north ; ha … he’d say that alright ; trying to suggest that the MoP dealing are all cushy and above board and so not an issue …. It is until it’s not Klaus ; he said it wasn’t under MoM or MoP ; but PR05 …. MoP did the signing , now PR05 have called this ‘Congo resources’ arrangement back …. Must have noticed the grub driving the bus ….Tells a lot on its own

Overall it's a good thing that Tshisekedi is now personally handling the situation if Klaus wasn't talking shit. At least a fucking decision will be made either way. The law says the whole tenement is Dathcom's.

Time to find out what kind of lion Felix really is

princess toad.jpg

The Minister of State and Portfolio, Mrs. Adèle Kayinda was arrested imminently with her chief of staff for embezzlement confirmed by the IGF of 150 million dollars.

According to our sources, this sum was intended for the sale of State shares to the COMINIERE company, sale of the DUMEZ camp in RVA Goma for 10,000,000 dollars, embezzlement of 45,000,000 dollars from the AGEMI company and 70,000,000 dollars from the IMD company.

It should be noted that she was interviewed by the PG in his office for 5 hours.

We will see it in the next week, when the Green Mamba get fired or not. If not, I don’t really believe of a good outcome for us. The people of Manono including the governor had send several letters to the president, they was several times in the drc television, but never received a public response that everything will be good or that they back AVZ or what the real problem is. They just have loosing a big amount of money in taxes, in the time where they urgently need money for a transformation and want to show the world that their business climate is „excellent“. I don’t believe that we have secret agreements with the president and help to clean the corruption as a master plan. I start to believe that the president/government regret a deal with us. I think they want the whole area for them self or in some part for the USA. I just hope they buy us out and that we don’t need to go to another ICC case against the government.
Tend to agree the pres is the problem not fixing the problem. Look at all that's been going on from this perspective and it starts to make sense. Imo

You’ve done it again CD. That’s a really nice pick-me-up from someone on the ground that is closer to the action than any of us here. Good stuff.

The smokey now is the emergence of the US via the battery chain MOU. Telling in that agreement is the undertaking by the US to detect and deter corruption throughout the process from mine to battery production.

So I ask myself, what did FT offer them in exchange for making available their vast security and intelligence expertise. Just batteries, or access to lithium and/or cobalt supply security.

Whatever, its a bold play by FT given the gorilla of DRC investment, China. Interesting times for all players. If the Yanks want to take us out, so be it. Issue us our license and let the bidding war begin. :)

The big question is how long Felix has been the one deciding and when was he aware of what had actually happened. I said here a few weeks ago, when everyone was getting annoyed that Felix hadn't acted sooner, that it was better he hadn't because we would have already been rat fucked. The recent trend is on our side imo

From the AGM:

What happened after ML Decree, spurious yet we’re in suspension. What’s the main issue for ML – is it Dathomir, is Zijin ICC arbitration 15, dispute with exploration rights?

A: Lot of players in vogue here in country, lot of hatchet jobs being done – President had a bad view from being ill advised by detractors (e.g. we hadn’t done anything, didn’t have money experience, and were speculators). Detractors continuing, but slowly slowly we’re working to remove the blocks.

We knew Chinese would have a crack, but we did not expect parts of DRC government to be in on it?

A: Nor did we - “we thought it was gambit by Chinese groups to get project cheapest way. We weren’t aware it was also elements of the government complicit. We can’t go into it, but rest assured those people are being turned over within meetings with real information is being shared, and people put on the spot.

I couldn't agree more.it was always going to somone big. But for me it's all about dollars. Selfish yes have no interest in saving the drc from corruption that will come and avz or Zijin will have absolutely no say in it. Its called progression. Just a decent price is all we can ask now imo.

I'm not any closer to the action than anyone else here. I'm definitely less so than most imo

I've never spoken to anyone at AVZ or in the DRC. I'm just some random dude that has a folder full of screenshots on my phone and can speak a bit of French. Everything I post is based off public information.

I don't even have that many shares really. Just under 300,000. No where near enough to get invited to the roadshow. But it's not about the money, it's about sending a message.

I'm in wait and see mode. Things are happening. I can't say for sure if it will be in our favour but I do think we are in a better position than a few months ago.

Personally I can't see Felix turning his back on the IGF and the NGO's in an election year. But stranger things have happened. If he doesn't want AVZ mining Manono then the easiest way forward is for someone to buy us out with the boards approval.

One things for sure Felix has been involved for a long time now based off Nigel's 'President had a bad view from being ill advised by detractors' comment at the AGM imo

I sort of agree but for us to get rid of it (for a decent price )we need the ml. The second paragraph I'm with u. The cat would have known about this project before he was elected. For sure in my book. so is he just playing the game knowing full well avz have no hope of bringing this resource to market In a timely manner at scale and leaving his opinions open. Imo probably. But that's not helping us sh's. Cheers in hanoi best city in the world so can't complain.( only for a few weeks fuck it) Where u if u don't mind me asking. If in aus must be late.
