I merely stated it to show a previous poster I was aware of the timing of court cases etc. This is a public, anonymous forum. I could have stated I was a retired supreme court judge. I didn't, but who could disprove me? What I will say is I've spent about as much time in courts as Roger. Make of that what you will.

Back to my gripes. Regarding the aforementioned announcements. Where do they currently sit? Have I missed something?

Regardless of Momentum's direct involvement in the current hearing, we should be updated and I'd be surprised and concerned, if the firm didn't have a pair of boots attending the hearing.

I'll admit I'd had a couple last night (OK, more than that) and was totally pissed off.

What did we get from Momentum? A fucking prayer. Really? Fuck me.

I've been in since 2016. The more this drags out and I hear nothing of the green bitch being removed, the more I'm leaning to Felix being a complete lame duck and a puppet of the Chinese.

Right now I'd happily take a $1.10 to $1.20 take over.

For all those who yell $3, minimum or $4.50 is all I'd accept, spare me. We haven't turned a sod.

PMT's deposit is located in Quebec, so it will be difficult for the Chinese thieves to bribe their way into that one.

PMT is not required to rebuild degraded infrastructure, or contend with a corrupt-to-the-core government and its equally corrupt Chinese accomplices. Given the Canadian government's policies that support fast-track production of domestic battery materials, PMT may get into production before AVZ.

Fair one mate, cheap shot on my part but you just seemed so convinced and the multiple question marks of the 'are you serious' ticked me off for some reason. I retract said snide comment. Let's all be friends.

I'd also seriously consider a buyout that got us back around our ATH. Too much uncertainty around this deposit at present.

„In the last 8 weeks all license’s got canceled, and that the partner need to sit together to make a new deal over roche dure. But this is not in relation to manono north license but have a general impact in the transfer of licenses.“

So he really say that after his information our actual license (roche dure) have been canceled to make a new deal just a slip of the tongue??And that he is still sure ajn get the manono north license but the progress have nothing to do with a MoM or MoP or cami, in the end the President has the power to decide what to do.

Another point of what the fuck is going on in DRC added. Would be crazy if we get kicked out for the USA or the government said we need to make a deal with the usa. Maybe Klaus just talking shit again but i wouldn’t wonder, the drc is a political shit place.

Regardless it won't be fixed sitting in fucken perth that's for sure.

Not under a lake. There are multiple pegmatite outcrops (approx 70), and only a few are tested.

PMT's market cap is $120m (100m SOI x $1.20), not $1.2b.

The latest results at CV5 are: 156.9 m at 2.12% Li2O (from 176.4 m to 333.4 m), including 25.0 m at 5.04% Li2O or 5.0 m at
6.36% Li2O (CV22-083)

The DFS clearly will take a while because PMT is still drilling for discovery, and no step-out drilling to date.

For what it's worth, I'm not a native German speaker, but I do speak the language and my interpretation is the same as that of @granini and @Schemozzle.

But maybe spreading confusion is part of the way to get things done there; after all, peddling lies got us into this mess in the first place. We know Klaus is an experienced operator there, and regardless of whether you like him or not, he did get Manono for AVZ the first time around.

What worries me is that Klaus is going back to the DRC soon. I hope Nigel is too!!!

I suspect something's gonna give I can see the Pres stepping back and saying "you guys work it out", in order to keep hands clean.

I don't buy into what Klaus said however Nigel does seem to have a rep for not keeping SH informed and up to date imo .

I believe I've posted more times in the past 24hrs than I ever have.

I guess I can summarise my feelings as complete frustration.
I get 99 % of matters are out of the BOD's control.

I'm sick of seeing articles where Felix is in another country, meeting and greeting, espousing his open for business policy.

Well Felix, you've lost me. I haven't seen anything to indicate you're on our side. NIL. NOTHING.

Ministers who still come to work after being sacked, and the green Kunt (sorry Xerof) who still mocks us. It's funking hard to take.

What I see as a world-class asset, a once in a lifetime interrupter, an asset that could change the livelihoods, and living conditions of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people, is potentially going to be lost.

As stated, give me $1 to $1.20 and I'm gone. Remember, 85% of SH would still be in the money I reckon.

Lastly, and up until recently I've been so positive about AVZ, I reckon if we don't get the ML by mid February, we're cooked. Gone.

Again, Felix, man up and DO SOMETHING for your citizens.

Surely it must get to the point where Nigel gets on the phone to the Tshekidi and just simply asks what the fuck is going on and if he is intending to support AVZ given the weight of evidence pointing to corruption against us. If not we can move forward accordingly (court action). It is just incomprehensible that this has been allowed to go on for so long in such a destitute country. The 'sit back and let justice take its course' approach is like death by a thousand cuts. Neil Young once said "it's better to burn out than to fade away". When does AVZ say enough is enough?
