These forums are about sharing information or even 'rumours' that certain people hear. Alot of these 'rumours' come from so called well connected people and sure, most don't eventuate, but atleast they're passing on what there hearing or atleast what they can pass on!

It's a shit fight going on over in the DRC, so surely any information should be appreciated.

Tell you what Nells…. We’ve been hearing rumours and bullshit for years now.

Nigel looked me and a group of investors in the eyes and told us the ML would be granted in the next month. That’s starting to approach two years ago now.

Everyone understands it’s not his fault we haven’t got it…. Lukonde, Kayinda, Mupande etc are corrupt, but even before then we were getting told timelines and forecasts that were never met. Now we have more bullshit, just different people telling it.

I don’t know if you lot think you and co are the only ones with connections but I can give you two pages of bullshit that have come straight from the company, that I’ve kept to myself, and now we have a highly paid strategic advisor and attorney adding more bullshit.

If the bullshit keeps coming it will really turn investors like me against our company and telling a few things you and others really aren’t going to want to hear

Marius, Lukusa and others should keep their conjecture, speculation and bullshit to themselves until it becomes fact.

I was hoping to have the day off today as I realise it doesn’t pay to hold on to an attitude of resentment, but all the bullshit and rumours do is keep me from doing that

Doesn't make sense when you say rumors etc keep you from having the day off from TSE. Again, with respect, isolate yourself from here instead of Zebot or whoever suspending you

I look at something like a dozen different internet sites, including companies like Zigin, AJN and other companies around Manono, about 5 news sites in the DRC and a few other sites but rarely ever at the crapper these days.

This is the only site I comment on which is probably why I get stuck here, but I’ve always been the same…. If I invest heavily in a company, I follow the company and everything about it closely and I’ve put nearly $700k into this company

I am hoping to sell some AVZ at some stage (hopefully at around $3) to buy a nice home for my better half and me and have enough shares left over too live on comfortably as my assets are too high to get any sort of pension

So I’m invested financially and psychologically in AVZ to the point that I struggle to get off here. I’ve contacted Zeeb0t privately and requested he suspend me because I don’t seem to be able to to get off here, that’s my nature.

Apart from all that, no shareholder should ever expect to be bullshitted to about the company they have put their own hard earned money into

It's only a misunderstanding because Nigel was talking about the process before the ministerial decree. We can't have a court order to issue the licence anymore because we already legally have the licence that management agreed to.

All that's left to do now is pay the surface rights. But also according to Nigel 'PE13359 should be retained in its entirety – however the northern area may need to come under a separate exploration tenement, even though that’s not the established process'.

The ministerial decree is pretty fucking clear that the northern area is not included. It 'will be renewed under a five-year exploration licence to Dathcom, with discussions regarding the terms of the ongoing joint venture under discussion with the DRC Government' according to AVZ's official announcement.

NF should be held accountable for not understanding such a critical process.
Shenanigans aside, he should know every bloody in and out of the process for getting a permit.

Telling us all he mislead us because he misunderstood the process is absolute horseshit
