This is good news and the news we've had recently around advisors going and ICC with MMCS has got to have the average AVZ investor feeling more positive about their company. BUT and its a huge butt

Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi has undertaken to clean up his yard.

Many advisers, who were rain and shine until recently, have been dismissed.

Has the head of state finally followed through on the year-old public outcry?

Has the President finally understood the message from the core of his base?

The one who did not hesitate to qualify in a very loud voice and in “easy tshiluba” certain advisers as “bivi” (thieves or … “hitters”).

In other words, did the President really clean the stables of Augeas at the "Karcher"?

Or is it a cosmetic change?

In which case, we would have undressed Pierre to dress Paul.

The answer will be soon.

Because it is by the yardstick of praxis that the new advisers to the President will be judged.

Public opinion hopes to deal, this time, with real advisers, that is to say women and men in the shadows. And not these bis and very bling ministers who engage the Congolese State concurrently with the Government.

Technocrats at the service of the only institution that sits at the Palais de la nation, namely the President of the Republic.

The Congolese would like to see a watertight boundary established between friendships, camaraderie, familiarity with Brussels and the management of state affairs.

This mixture of genres which, like a congenital evil, parasitizes the casting of the presidential stables.

This role confusion that confines the government to a bare minimum.

The controversy over construction sites that are not progressing in the Kasai area is a good illustration of this snub to good governance.

In this month of January, this Copernican change – desired – would sound like a good concrete resolution for “our national Fatshi“.

He who was not spoiled by those around him.

He who, a stone's throw from the end of his mandate, risks paying only cash for the carelessness of his relatives.

Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi can always meditate on this quote from John Fitzgerald Kennedy:

“Victory has a hundred fathers, defeat is an orphan”.

Is it bad when your forget what date the fucking bullshit extension is until this time ?

FFS I don’t even know anymore, My “fellow winners ” at LRS posted this today and at least AVZ was included 👍 I wanted to pull him up on it but can’t really say much seeing as LRS is actually trading 🧐 but AVZ Chops that up IMO..

Couldn’t find the link but screenshot only, personally I don’t think it does AVZ justice..

Hi Cash

Interestingly LTR's capital intensity for stage one at Kathleen Valley is $US796/t
At the same time AVZ's corresponding capital intensity is $US779/t. There is no significant difference.

However, LTR's Kathleen Valley operation will be underground, which is costly. AVZ's operation on the other hand will commence at surface with little strip. Although LTR can possibly cherry pick and mine the richer spodumene deposits initially, it cannot do it indefinitely. Eventually its cost/t mined must rise. The table is either under stating LTR's capital costs, or over stating AVZ's costs (or both).

What am I missing here?

Cheers

Is the matter at arbitration between Comminiere and MMCS?

I'm genuinely asking

If so Momentum may not be directly involved in the current proceedings.....I don't think they are the acting lawyers for Comminiere

Momentum may not be directly involved but have an interest through the AVZ connection assisting with our application for the ML

I could have that all wrong so happy to be corrected
Surely Momentum lawyers are only working for AVZ.........Momentum working for Cominiere as well would be a conflict of interest, given AVZ have a ICC case with Zijin / Cominiere in April..........one would think

imo

yeah, I watched it with the auto translate on, and he just garbled a load of shit, vague as buggery and did not seem comfortable. He finds the hold-up over Manono north tenement 'annoying' - no shit sherlock

He said he was heading back to DRC shortly - to a welcoming committee carrying handcuffs ideally

At least he spends his time in the drc. Which is probably handy when trying to sort shit out in the drc.
