If we had traded for the past few months we would probably be decimated too and some probably would have called for a TH to stop the decline hahaha

Sell the reopening dip, buy the prolonged bigger dip was going to be my plan

I just don't understand why they don't just explain clearly why the ML hasn't been granted yet and what the problems are.

I think that would go a long way to easing SH frustration, at some point we need info even if the company is in the middle of a chess match with a grand master of corruption/bribery/being sheisters

If we trade the SP goes back to 7ents . Nigel and Crew are finished . They will get their arses sued for rest of their lives. No chance we come out of suspension until we either win or become extinct . IMO

7 cents is pure speculation.

Nigel or who the fuck else are "finished" or not is certainly not a basis for the board to decide whether the stock can trade or not.

If we trade @ x cents or zero cents the BOD will be examined as to whether they have complied with relevant legislation.

Not up to play with Aussie commercial law so will leave it at that however having worked in NZ as in-house legal commercial manager (LLB) and also as a stockbroker (ACA) in my time I would put it to others that in NZ a listed company does not stay in perpetual suspension surrounding "winning" or "extinction".

And, if, big IF, we believe tonight’s presentation, after seeing all that work being done on the ground then there is some sort of hope for a “positive outcome”, all that machinery put in place, camp setup, workers on ground and their well being, drill results, landcruiser etc

But, TIM will tell, from here on I am done relying on Twitter releases from Momentum lawyers (I still want to know who they are and at what capacity they releasing ‘information’, Zijin backing off , watch this space, etc ) or anyone else for that matter trying to sell the positive narrative.

One thing is for certain, without the ownership rights/ML , we will be stuck in this suspension loop. So our focus and questions to the management is, what’s being done towards it, rest is meaningless at this stage.
