Today our major German state radio station DLF broadcast a programme about the unique transport of the church in Kiruna. Talga is one of the programme items at that spectacle.
Of course, the Sami and their suffering also had their say in this programme. But, for the first time that I have heard, it was publicly announced that not everyone is against new mines or the expansion of existing ones. After all, Kiruna only exists because of mining.)
I also read a long Reddit thread and there was a lot of criticism about their anti-attitude. Tactically, I don't think it's so clever to shout so loudly all the time and use the term colonialism in an inflationary way.
When it gets really serious at some point, very few people will hear it from their shrill shouting and take it seriously.
