IXR General Discussion 2022

GO AVZ!!!!
By their own admission in the recent preso IXR have indicated exactly the stage they think they are at

1686889618659.png

Overlay that with the well known lifecycle graphic

1686889685300.png

Pretty decent correlation of the end of orphan period just prior to the development stage

Uganda's new Mining Regulations are expected to gazetted in June

Currently IXR cannot submit their final submissions and application for the ML as they need to understand the changes to the Mining regulations and incorporate that into their final documentation

I understand once submitted the relevant authories have 60 days to provide a decision on the licence

Any further delays or roadblocks that present problems with IXR being awarded the licence will be like reliving the current AVZ nightmare all over again :eek::eek:

If you have the stomach for it around the 2c mark right now would seem like a pretty good risk/reward play "if" (and it's a big "if") the new mining regulations are completed and gazetted in the expected timeframe AND IXR's final submissions are made quickly thereafter AND the Ugandan process of review and decision occurs in the expected 60 day timeframe

Mmmmm......a few ducks to line up and Africa is ....well.....Africa!!

Food for thought as Frank would say.........🤔

GO AVZ!!!!
The recent school attacks in Uganda are absolutely horrendous

Very serious issues here

I hope the people, families and children in Uganda can find safety ....especially in their schools going forward

I can't even fathom this

GO AVZ!!!!
Prices for REE's has come off quite a bit although securing supply outside of China might provide some support

Might be some tax time pressure with the current selling but it's going to take the ML and some profitable numbers/forecasts to get this thing off the ground IMO

GO AVZ!!!!
Some progress potentially with at least the updated Mining and Minerals (Licencing) Regulations 2023 finally being gazetted by the Ugandan Government

This should open the way for the MLA fee to be paid which is required for the ML to be issued

The cost is nominal (only about US$5400) so no problem there

Giddy Up!

Nice announcement with impending ML.....:)

As a result, SP got of the canvas at 1.6 support with large volume, now the challenge is to break 2.4c resistance, it may back test to 2c before doing so as the hourly chart looks a bit cooked...

Double top 2.4c, RSI 14 is OB, SP high on the bollie..

If it does drop to 2c, i may put in a few k for a trade / punt

imo

Ugandan Government hopefully doing all the right (read non-corrupt) things and actively working with honest companies to develop industry and realise value from their resources!!!

Could give the DRC a BIG fucking lesson on that one

Hopefully all parties involved here can lead the way and show EXACTLY how operating ethically, transparently, with the right attitude and within the law and mining codes can really bring positive and long lasting change and benefits to local population

Shine the light Uganda and IXR....shine the light

Well, double top 2.4c ended up being a non issue, smashing thru and topping out at 3.4, with Rsi 14 hitting 90..

Great to see, but , now sub wave 4 playing out, i suspect this may fall back to the 50 / 61 fib region, before sub wave 5 up , so that could provide me and others @lellep with a initial entry, or a top up for @Frank if he kind find some extra coin under the sofa......;)

I have a 1.618 fib target of around 5c for sub wave 5 up assuming ML is granted as strongly indicated, so not a bad return if SP drop to 2.5 / 2.3

imo

*To remind,

The Honorable Minister Ruth Nankabirwa Ssentamu made an announcement during her speech at #AfricaDownUnder, stating she will be signing the mining license upon her return to Uganda after completing her tour.

Relax my friend, nothing goes up in a straight line....;)

Trend is your friend tho, healthy retraces allow room for indicators to take the SP to the next level.

I see a max 10% more drop, as mentioned in my previous post.

The Honorable Minister Ruth Nankabirwa Ssentamu made an announcement during her speech at #AfricaDownUnder, stating she will be signing the mining license upon her return to Uganda after completing her tour.

Got a hunch when she will return back to Uganda ?

GO AVZ!!!!
A lot of buyers lined up between 0.028 and 0.025 and really all the way down to 0.02

To jump the queue right now you'd have to pay 0.029 or choose to put an order in lower behind a reasonable pack and hope the price comes down

I've snuck in a "hopeful" @0.025 just for a top up if I can get it

Still "Cheap as Chips" under 0.03c i reckon

This Stock should be Trading a LOT Higher imo (y)

For where they're at and what they have
100% Frank... based on current NPV and project ownership (currently 60%, however strong indications of significant increases in ownership), most analysts have a baseline SP of around 10c (roughly 400Mil MC)... definitely undervalued!

With off-takes, a clear view of project financing, increased ownership, $VMM.ax maturation and the Belfast plant proof-of-concept, this could be a billion dollar company this side of 2030...

Hopefully the planets align towards my cognitive bias, e.g.
  • Ford partnership with IXR,
  • Volkswagon and Ford partnership i.e. Amarok & Ranger i.e. EU & US,
  • Screenshot 2023-09-20 at 13.08.13.png
  • Ford partnership with CATL,
Joining the dots and we have a Hybrid Ranger/Amarok with REEs/battery metals from Uganda/DRC, battery tech from China with the end product being sold under US/EU enterprise... coming in 2025!
