GO AVZ!!!!
By their own admission in the recent preso IXR have indicated exactly the stage they think they are at
Overlay that with the well known lifecycle graphic
Pretty decent correlation of the end of orphan period just prior to the development stage
Uganda's new Mining Regulations are expected to gazetted in June
Currently IXR cannot submit their final submissions and application for the ML as they need to understand the changes to the Mining regulations and incorporate that into their final documentation
I understand once submitted the relevant authories have 60 days to provide a decision on the licence
Any further delays or roadblocks that present problems with IXR being awarded the licence will be like reliving the current AVZ nightmare all over again

If you have the stomach for it around the 2c mark right now would seem like a pretty good risk/reward play "if" (and it's a big "if") the new mining regulations are completed and gazetted in the expected timeframe AND IXR's final submissions are made quickly thereafter AND the Ugandan process of review and decision occurs in the expected 60 day timeframe
Mmmmm......a few ducks to line up and Africa is ....well.....Africa!!
Food for thought as Frank would say.........
