BRN Discussion Ongoing

Good morning, Intel capital sharing about brainchip again.... for newbies intelcapital.com is part of intel group.

Could the Nviso report card on Brainchip’s AKIDA lead to Intel Capital taking a position. We need to find out more about whether it is purely into venture capital funding of startups.

My opinion only DYOR

A quick look Intel Capital has a position in SiFive as well. Still unclear if they would buy into a listed company. Wiki seems to think so but website only speaks to venture capital???

Any one else not remember the WANCA’s first words “I mean the way I look at it if it really worked they would not be on the ASX”.

No. I don’t either.

Check this guy out LOL he doesn’t think Brainchip was the worlds first commercially available neuromorphic AI .
Maybe I should direct him to the website, check some YouTube videos out? Or get him to read the Mercedes announcement saying that Brainchip are AI experts and that they’re 5-10x more efficient than anything else out there. Hmm.

AKIDA BALLISTA on steroids

Add it to the list of another head up their a..se useless ill informed opinion.

I mean even blind Freddie can see what's going on. Akidas Ubiquitous Game changing Defacto standard Essential Edge AI Ecosystem is in plain sight.

I suspect that they would only be interested in purchasing new shares so that BRN had use of the funds rather than just purchasing some on market.

A quick take with a grain of salt opinion on Intel Capital.

Created to allow Intel to stay ahead of the innovation curve by identifying startups with this sort of potential. Intel Capital has access to Intel engineers and has 50 of those engineers placed in startups it has provided venture capital to for the purpose of assisting them through the development phase. These engineers will make recommendations as to what technology might be incorporated from Intel or elsewhere to achieve success.

We know that Tony Dawe created the Nviso opportunity however the type of progress being made by Nviso would certainly be enlivening interest at Intel Capital and if there are other startups in its stable needing what AKIDA offers well it seems obvious what could happen.

At the other end with SFive and AKIDA progress there could also lead to similar outcomes.

My preliminary opinion only so DYOR

It could be Nviso report card on Brainchip’s AKIDA, this is the 2nd time they are tweeting about brainchip. both the times the tweets were brainchip's partnerships (this time it is Prophessee). My Opinion - Intel Capital will not promote if they dont have something in it for them (given Intel is a competitor too or it could be they just promoting their foundries). Nevertheless lots of promotions going on about brainchip.

Smart Technology For Smarter mobility

Valeo, Atul and Honda join hands to accelerate three wheelers electrification in India

Valeo, Atul Greentech Private Limited, the electric three-wheeler manufacturer, and Honda Powerpack Energy Private Limited, the swappable battery service provider, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), through which Valeo will provide the electric powertrains and powertrain control unit for Atul's electric three-wheelers to work with Honda’s swappable battery solution.

Valeo will provide its 48V integrated compact electric powertrain system along with the Powertrain Control Unit for Atul’s upcoming cargo and passenger three-wheeler that is to be launched in India soon. In addition, Valeo’s engineers will provide the technology integration support to help Atul go to market quickly with Honda’s swappable battery.
Valeo, a pioneer and world leader in 48V affordable systems, launched in 2020 a fully integrated compact 48V electric powertrain system in India to aid affordable electrification for small mobility vehicles –two- and three-wheelers, that are extensively used for first- and last-mile connectivity in the country.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Jayakumar G, Group President and Managing Director, Valeo India, said, “This tri-party engagement between Atul Greentech Private Limted, Honda Powerpack Energy Private Limited and Valeo brings domain expertise together to accelerate three-wheeler electrification in both passenger and cargo segments. Valeo’s advanced CO2-reducing technologies, strong engineering and local manufacturing expertise will help strengthen our partnership in the fast-growing Indian market and other markets.
Valeo has the full spectrum of electric powertrain systems, from low to high voltage. Its technologies power from two- and three-wheel urban vehicles to premium sedans and SUVs. In India, Valeo produces electric powertrain units at its manufacturing facility in Pune, Maharashtra.
About Valeo India: Present in India since 1997, Valeo has developed a very strong footprint in the country over the last 20 years. Valeo today has eight Production Sites, one global R&D center, five Distribution Platforms and a Front Office to serve clients. Valeo employs 6,000 + people in India, of which nearly 50% are engineers.

May have been posted but is dated 21.6.22 in Germany :

IMPLEMENTING INNOVATIONS - BRAINCHIP HOLDINGS

The semiconductor company BrainChip Holdings (WKN: A14Z7W ISIN: AU000000BRN8 Ticker: 24Y) has been known to investors worldwide since the beginning of 2022. As a supplier of high-performance chips in the ultra-low energy consumption segment, the company made the headlines with the Daimler cooperation. The future Mercedes-Benz Vision EQXX car will be equipped with the BrainChip “superchip”. The BrainChip innovation makes the "Hey, Mercedes" voice control application software in the EQXX more efficient by a factor of five to ten. The innovative company was therefore able to develop better than the competition from 2021 to the beginning of 2022. However, the share price has not been able to escape the general downward trend on the stock exchanges since January 2022.

But the company's regular news should continue to convince long-term investors. On Sunday, the company announced a collaboration with the company Prophesee, which can mimic human vision through patented sensor design. This is intended to further accelerate progress in autonomous driving and industrial automation. However, not only the massive increase in efficiency within the chip industry is of global interest, but also the correspondingly reduced consumption of resources is becoming more important for more and more companies and nations. Dependence in essential key industries on Russia and China as well as the conflict zones Ukraine (neon, steel, coal) and Taiwan (semiconductor industry), more and more states and supranational institutions such as the EU are becoming aware of this. Commission President Ursula von der Leyer put it in a nutshell: “We import lithium for electric cars, platinum for hydrogen production, silicon for solar modules. 98% of the rare earths we need come from a single supplier - China - and that is unsustainable.”

The significance is in the fact that they get it that the solution is not more power but using the power we have much more efficiently.
