Great news in regards to the ADK1500 tape out. Great to see the early adoption of this technology. With so many chips available, my hope is that the company will release a usb type device for data scientists and developers at a cost effective entry point ($150 AUD would be fair).

I think I need to be sedated . . .

I hear you Yoda.

I've been trying to drown my sorrows in wine and now I've ended up marinating myself.

Come on guys, no long faces now anymore!!!… from today it can only go up! The first wave of disappointment that nothing extra got announced is already behind us. Even the worst outlook is still better than no outlook at all… Go Brainchip! 🙌🔥

Not as many shares traded as I thought there might be. So I’m guessing a massive campaign here and over at the crapper to try and close out by our friends.

Just over 10% off the short total at a max 😂

As the slide says:
" Path to Commercialisation - AKD1500 Product"
Its just the 1st step on the way. Not panic stations unless.
Its wait until Parsons have fully evaluated.

Is there an escrow period for the raise? Only $2 mill for retail limits liquidity for the shorters to cover in.

Not sure about the legality of any of this, but what if we pooled together and bought all chips at $4 and then held Parsons and Onsor over a barrel by offering them the chips at $50?

At $4 per unit, we would only need to come up with $1,800,000 to purchase them.

Then, once we sold them, we could potentially pocket about $13 million in profit (after operating costs and tax are taken into account). Maybe a bit less if we get charged with extortion and have to pay for legal representation.

Like I say, I don't know how advisable the above would be, especially the part where we hold Parsons' over a barrel. Oh, and also the part where we wind up in the clanger.

What if we (from the TSE forum) scrape together our savings , buy all the chips at $4, and resell them ourselves to BrainChip’s customers for $50? We split the profits (I figure maybe five people max would even join) and get rich faster than waiting for the share price to rise…
That’s what you basically said?

I think its time lowered its eyes and looked beneath the 'time sink' adaptability of complex health, defense and auto and took a look at childrens education and fun toys.
AKIDA's adaptative on chip learning is idealy suited to working with kids, learning their individual capabilities, communicating with them , challenging them and gradually increasing their skills.
It would be a great assistance for those working with children with learning disabilities.
Even simple toys such as yo -yo's can be turned into the science fiction of 5 years ago.
Akida could turn a simple yo-yo into a smart, adaptive, gamified learning tool — blending physical play with personalized AI coaching. It’s a playful example of how neuromorphic tech can scale down to even the smallest devices.
Gesture control, voice communication, safety alerts, training, new tricks etc, etc.
The list of possibilities goes on. ....... and no 'time sink' for adoption.

Can you just stop speculating? We are working on @Bravo real master plan which is more important! Are you in or not? Thanks!

What if Brainchip produces another 500,000 chips at $2.96 each? What are we going to do with all the chips costing us $4 each? May need a better business (or criminal) plan?

Don’t worry about that… just keep the engine running and wait outside of the building

My only dilemma now is who gets my one prison phone call.

One thing's for sure - it won’t be our Investor Relations team! If they refuse to answer my emails when I’m free, I’ve got Buckley's chance of them taking my call once I’m wearing an orange jumpsuit.

I’d probably still be left on hold when I’m eligible for parole in 2047.

So high volume customers can get the chip for 4 bucks a pop, I guess high profile customers as well?

Small volume is much more, okay, fair enough.

Why not 5 bucks as minimum price?

Anyway, this isn't the main business model but more a branch out thing, only 73k units in 2027 and 450k 2026/28.

AK2 IP deal(s) should be the main earner, so Sean better get some deals signed pretty soon or?

From the presentation:

Proceeds from the Placement and SPP will be used primarily to support the ongoing
commercialisation of Akida 2.0 technology and the development, productization and commercialization of the new TENNs product. This represents the next expansion in BrainChip’s product portfolio and builds on its existing leadership position in the field of neuromorphic technology.
Non-deal related use of funds includes:
Accelerate development of TENNs technology and derivative products & models for sales
opportunities and product portfolio expansion.
Continued development of Akida 2.0 IP and design costs necessary for potential
deployment in silicon
Development of a cloud-based FPGA system to run Akida 2.0 and future platforms for customer evaluation purposes.
Advancement of Generative AI technology platform to support LLM (Large Language
Models) on edge devices.
Support development of world -class reference designs to demonstrate capabilities, increase customer engagement & accelerate time to market for complete AI solutions
Ongoing investment in research & development to analyze new and emerging technology
opportunities for novel edge AI applications and product roadmap expansion.

This is dragging out and out and they are even thinking about making an AK2 chip in silicon! That indicates some customers might want a physical chip for evaluation and not cloud based, or am I not reading this correctly? Or will it be for sale in larger numbers? Okay, they write potential deployment, hmm.

If Sean can't secure any major IP deals soon, it's not looking good IMO.
