So an average cost of, say $20 per unit, gives us 9,000,000, which may have been what Sean's bonus payment was based on.

I think its the 1st time ever we have been given actual estimates of numbers. Not quite panic time yet as the 450k sales estimates would be based on information provided at this time by clients. The clients probably have no idea how or when or if AKIDA driven defense and health will take off.
BRN can only release estimates that can be backed up.
Its a new product and it likely clients will not even know whether they will need more later. Its early days still.
Other clients may come on board.
Its a start that we can build on.

While these numbers can be a guide for chip sales based on volume, we don't know where they will land. We don't have a complete breakdown of the price point by exact volume, nor the volume existing customers are slated to purchase. We know the worst-case (someone buying up the whole lot) and best-case profit (all items being sold individually), but not what the actual totals will be.

It is also important to note that the chips do not preclude any IP sales if and when those are made. There is also the income they have been reporting through engineering support when assisting customers in creating models for their platform.

Fortunately, we are not looking at just a single revenue stream.

1 maybe 2 years ago our shareholders would have been shouting from the roofs regarding this, but unfortunately many have lost there patience and especially with the company and Sean. But I guess it a start and can only get better sooner than later.
