BRN Discussion Ongoing

Can you just stop speculating? We are working on @Bravo real master plan which is more important! Are you in or not? Thanks!
What if Brainchip produces another 500,000 chips at $2.96 each? What are we going to do with all the chips costing us $4 each? May need a better business (or criminal) plan?

Don’t worry about that… just keep the engine running and wait outside of the building

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
My only dilemma now is who gets my one prison phone call.

One thing's for sure - it won’t be our Investor Relations team! If they refuse to answer my emails when I’m free, I’ve got Buckley's chance of them taking my call once I’m wearing an orange jumpsuit.

I’d probably still be left on hold when I’m eligible for parole in 2047.

So high volume customers can get the chip for 4 bucks a pop, I guess high profile customers as well?

Small volume is much more, okay, fair enough.

Why not 5 bucks as minimum price?

Anyway, this isn't the main business model but more a branch out thing, only 73k units in 2027 and 450k 2026/28.

AK2 IP deal(s) should be the main earner, so Sean better get some deals signed pretty soon or?

From the presentation:

Proceeds from the Placement and SPP will be used primarily to support the ongoing
commercialisation of Akida 2.0 technology and the development, productization and commercialization of the new TENNs product. This represents the next expansion in BrainChip’s product portfolio and builds on its existing leadership position in the field of neuromorphic technology.
Non-deal related use of funds includes:
Accelerate development of TENNs technology and derivative products & models for sales
opportunities and product portfolio expansion.
Continued development of Akida 2.0 IP and design costs necessary for potential
deployment in silicon
Development of a cloud-based FPGA system to run Akida 2.0 and future platforms for customer evaluation purposes.
Advancement of Generative AI technology platform to support LLM (Large Language
Models) on edge devices.
Support development of world -class reference designs to demonstrate capabilities, increase customer engagement & accelerate time to market for complete AI solutions
Ongoing investment in research & development to analyze new and emerging technology
opportunities for novel edge AI applications and product roadmap expansion.

This is dragging out and out and they are even thinking about making an AK2 chip in silicon! That indicates some customers might want a physical chip for evaluation and not cloud based, or am I not reading this correctly? Or will it be for sale in larger numbers? Okay, they write potential deployment, hmm.

If Sean can't secure any major IP deals soon, it's not looking good IMO.

I have suggested to BRN that they lower their eyes and also look beneath the time sink of adaptability.
Who volunteers to ask Sean to sell the chips the the share holder group. Sounds like a movie script.:)

No doubt BRNs view of high volume is way in excess of 450k units.
Probably have to order a million or 2 plus to get $4 a pop.

There is always the old Melbourne law firm of Sly & Wriggle.

You’re underrating the network Bravo built while running 🏃‍♀️ . Why do you think the stock kept climbing whenever she was on the road? Let that sink in. One call, and she get their connections together BOOOOOM

They sound pretty dodgy, no disrespect to you Dodgy-knees. 😝

A former Australian law firm, which faced a class action lawsuit in 2016 over allegations of failing to disclose risks in an acquisition!

OMG! With that sort of representation, I reckon I'll be doing solitary confinement in Cell Block D for the foreseeable future.

I’m not sure whether I should even bother to prepare a legal defence, or just start fashioning a prison shiv out of a broken Akida dev board.

On the bright side, by the time they manage to secure my release, the share price should be booming!

The Bookbuild was scheduled to close on Friday.

Does this mean that the "book" was already predetermined?

Presumably a lot of preliminary work (enlisting investors) was done following Sean's visit.

Who is in the book?

Well it sounds like they have the necessary experience to take on your "cash for chips" scheme,

And….They dig deeper and deeper, bogging it down until they’re stuck. Then the sun shines for us…their swamp dries up and they’re left to scorch in their self-made trap.

On a slightly more serious note, I've just started listening to this new podcast with Eric Mazzoleni (VP Industrial & Embedded IoT Sales Europe, Qualcomm Germany).

It only dropped about 5 days ago.

I’ve only made it about 15 minutes in so far, mostly because I’ve been busy planning how to avoid a 30-year jail term without having to tunnel out of my cell using my toothbrush.

From what I've heard so far,Qualcomm is clearly positioning Dragonwing toward the same verticals Akida excels in. Eric even discusses machines that can be asked questions and can respond with how to fix the issue, fully at the edge, with ultra-low power at industrial endpoints and in battery and thermal restricted devices.

If there’s one silicon company where Akida 2000 drops in and actually makes strategic sense at scale, I believe it’s Qualcomm.

I honestly can’t think of a more natural match than BrainChip + Qualcomm.

I'd love it if someone else could take a listen and share your thoughts.

Maybe we should all chip in and buy Bravo an AKIDA driven pair of runners. They will her what she already knows but pushes through for holders' sake, feet falling apart, blisters the size of eggs, Achilles about to pack in, time to rest ect.:):)
